As I cling onto Troy, he walks us to the bed, sitting down so that I am now straddling him. My body feels at ease once again, just being this close to him. He hasn’t said a word yet, but the gentle strokes that he is rubbing on my back let me know that he is here for me. How could I have ever been scared that he would hurt me? He is the most gentlemanly man that I have ever met. Once my tears have subsided, I sit up to look at him. His eyes are now filled with relief, not the worry that they held when he left the Hotel.
