"Well I won't let that happen we are gonna figure things out before next week your 18th birthday ur gonna be fine" .I didn't know how how my best friend will calm me down and make me forget all my sorrows with just one word but I was grateful for it. It was already getting dark .Ronald and I spent our time playing chess and later poker until it was late and Ronald had to go she was scared of the dark and her mum was gonna get a heart attack if she wasn't home by 5.she left and again it was just me and my thoughts in this lonely world.i went upstairs to my room and took out the sketch I think maybe just maybe if I meditate on it I will get some few things straight ..I kept on looking into the paper until everything went blank and I was in the middle of it all .

"Where am I?" .I looked around and I noticed I am not alone ,I saw the red haired man he was just standing inches away from me

"Perhaps does ur slang mean am gonna die"

"Oh Toniamen honey I wish I could tell u all but we are short of time ur granny needs u to get the door now wake up" he blew a kiss to me and I strung up from the chair I noticed I had dozed out

"Tonia are u come please open up"

"Coming granny" I ran downstairs to the door and opened it for my granny

"How long have u been standing?" I asked looking remorseful

"Not long..

Just like two minutes ago" she replied then went inside , she was acting really weird my typical granny would c***k some jokes before going up to her room, but this one was different..well i guess she had a bad day.i went up to my room and sat on a bug bed.my 18 birthday was on Saturday which was just three days away, if Ronald and I were gonna figure it out it had to be now I grabbed my bag and went downstairs

"Granny I have to go to Ronald's place I'll be back in a Jeffy" I shouted to my grandma but didn't get any reply it sounded all weird I was scared and worried at done time I ran up to her room but amazingly she was snoring I guess I was wrong, I went ovee to Ronald's home.

I saw my best friend coming through the window of my room, I was so excited I went to meet her

"Hey Tonia ..wats up?"

"Did u figure anything out yet?"

" No but since ur here we can do it together"

"Sure"

I lead the way to my room it was the only place I could get some privacy I saw Tonia bring out her sketch book and opened it to the place where Mr sad boy was

"U said u saw him in your dream right?"

Yeah I did.... any clue?"

"Maybe he was trying to pass a message to u"

"Um....he didn't say anything..he was just starring"

"What!!!"

"Look Tonia this may sound crazy but I think I have an idea"

I went out from Ronald's house to find a cab to take me home but instead I saw my dad but that wasn't the problem,the real problem was that he was with a lady ..she was talking and had long blonde hair she looks so famiToniar...I sware I must have seen her somewhere and they were f*****g holding hands

"Tonia wat are u doing here?" I was lost in thought that I didn't notice my dad had seen me...he might scold me right here...right now but that didn't really matter ...who d heck was she?

"Um Tonia are u okay.." my dad asked looking akwardly at me

"Yeah sure ..I was just on my way home"

"Get in the car let's go" I meant no disrespect but I wasn't comfortable with that woman he was with

"Um dad u can go on ..I kind of have a text book I have to Cheeck out before I go home" I knew my dad was likely to say get in d danm car Tonia

"It's alright..jxt don't stay up late" he drove off..I know this is what I wanted but why do I feel so empty? I hurriedly took a cab back home and went upstairs to my room..I laid on the bed and closed my eyes and once again .. everything went blank.

"Tonia come on wake up...ull b late for school"

My dad said seating close to me his hands on mine and his eyes shining brightly...my dad had never come toy room to wake me up like in 8 years he had the most weird look ever it was so funny

"Dad what do u want from me? Spill the bean already uve been acting all weird since yesterday and beginning to freak out_

"Alright u caught me...it's about the lady you saw me with yesterday"

"U know it's been 13 years since I lost ur mum .I think it's time I move on..maybe we should all move one..this is what ur mum would have wanted"

Is he for real right now?? As in he wants to remarry? didn't my mum mean anything to him? There's no way am letting anyone take my mum's place
