POV: Allison

Martin and Miranda sat down facing each other as they stared at us in amazement, wondering what was happening. I forgot that I was supposed to pretend that I don't know Alpha Raymond until Martin's finishes his introduction. I lost control the moment I stepped in here, and now my friends must think that I'm a w***e.

"Speak with Chris and tell him everything about this girl you want me to save. I'll do a background check first, then I'll save her if she is worth it." Raymond told Martin, his Eyes fixed on my cleavage as he dipped his head to kiss my bare chest, groaning in pleasure. He has no idea that I'm the girl Martin wants him to save.

"There will be no need for that, Alpha. I think you already met Allison Trueborn. She's the girl I want you to save," Martin told him proudly. I thought he'll be upset, but his voice shows that he's happy I've met Raymond already. Ray looked up at me, his face full of questions.

"What is this, What game are you playing?" he asked me curiously, his gaze fixed on mine. I smiled nervously, hoping he doesn't get pissed when I finally tell him about my job and everything I did to sabotage his company while I was married to Williams.

"Martin and Miranda are my friends before they got kicked out of our pack by my parents. But we stayed friends even after they left us, and I reached out to them for help before you save me. they were the only friends I had, and they wanted me to meet you." I explained, smiling on their direction.

"I guess our path would have crossed today even if you weren't carrying my kids, huh?" he teased, chuckling softly.

"I'll explain later," I mouthed softly when Martin and Miranda gasped in shock after hearing that I was carrying Alpha Raymond's baby. Luckily, Ray did not notice their shock, or he just chose to ignore it because he kept his hands wrapped around my hips while his lips played around on my body, kissing me everywhere.

"You have nothing to worry about, Martin. She is already in my care because she is mine to protect, mine to..." he stopped before he finished that sentence and he looked at me fixedly, looking into my eyes.

speak now!" he ordered sternly, his tone commanding and stern.

"Did he just read my mind again, or is it just his gut feeling?" I thought within me, my eyes widening in shock. Now more than ever, I'm glad I came here with friends to give me the courage to speak the truth even when my heart is feeling so guilty for everything I did. I looked in their directions and they smiled at me, supporting me without saying a word.

"Here, I brought you a gift, Ray, and I think I owe you an apology too." I told him, handing him the file. He gazed at me warily as he opened it, looking through the file and then back at me.

"This is my business and it's very confidential. how did you get this?" he asked me, his Eyes fixed on me, making me a bit nervous.

"I work at Bluesky Brandworks Global Marketing. And you and my Ex-husband used the same marketing firm for your business," I explained, biting my lips at the end.

"Go on," he urged me sternly, grinding his teeth in anger when I stopped talking.

"Just go through my file and the flash drive attached to the file. Its self explanatory. This me trying to rectify a mistake I made when I was still in love with Williams. I didn't know you then, and I sabotaged your company to promote his because I saw how you outplayed him and stole the best deal right out of his hands and how happy he gets when he outplays you. I loved him too much to see him sad, so I always wrote bad reviews about you to make him get ahead of you." I confessed sadly, my eyes tearing up.

"So that's how that i***t gets the good deals I'm bidding for," he comments, smirking evilly as he glimpse through my files again before looking at me, keeping his eyes on me.

"I'm sorry," I let out sadly, trying to avoid his eyes.

"If you want me to leave, I could stay with Martin and Miranda for now until you..."

"Shhhh," he hushed me, keeping his eyes on me, smiling evilly as he hands the file to Chris who has been looking at us without interfering or saying a word.

"Get back the government construction contract and take back every penny he's made out of it so far!" he ordered him, smiling evilly at him.

"You..." he lets out teasingly, smiling crookedly.

"You have been such a bad girl..." he drawled out lazily in a hoarse tone that made me want to moan in desire. he brought his lips to my neck, dropping light feathery kisses on my cleavage, my neck and my chin.

"I loved him, that's why I did it. I'm sorry, I won't..."

"Shhhh," he hushed me once more, shutting my mouth with his as he kissed me passionately, biting my lips and making me gasp in shock. I could tell that he did that on purpose just to hurt me. maybe it's a form of punishment, I really don't know these things.

"I don't give a f**k what you did when you were with that weasel. All I care about is that you are here with me, and you belong to me now." he told me sternly, giving me a warning gaze that I didn't fully understand until he explained further.

"You belong to me, Allie and it is my job to protect you always. You don't leave my house without my permission, and you certainly do not go to you Ex-husbands house alone!" he lets out angrily, his eyes fixed on my stomach as he showed a tinge of vulnerability while staring at me.

"Brianna was so scarred today, and it's your fault. She told me how you put their lives i. danger today. how could you be so reckless, Allison?

What if the nurse carries out the forced abortion, what would you have said to me when you get back?" he asked me, raising his voice furiously this time. I bowed my head in shame as I imagined what would have happened to me if I lost my babies today. Raymond would be so pissed, and I won't forgive myself either.

"I made a mistake today. it won't happen again." I responded. I thought of my babies, and I felt Brian comforting me while his sister smiled proudly. She reported me to her father and she is not even hiding it. She adores her father, and I can tell that she would be such a bully when she grows up. It gives me great joy to know that my daughter is bold and fearless. she will not be bullied like me, and that is comforting.

"First you left my house without me, then you risked the lives of my babies. Then you finally show up looking so deliciously sexy and tempting. What was the plan, Allie, are you trying to drive me insane?" he asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Y.. You think I'm beautiful?" I smiled, looking into his eyes shyly.

"Williams must be f*****g blind or stupid to let you go." he added, placing a soft kiss on my lips, pushing some strands of hair behind my ear. the mention of Williams letting me go made me feel sad and suddenly.

"He never saw me looking this cute. Actually, I don't think I have beautiful dresses like this. my sister, Ariana made sure I was never as beautiful as her, and I was never allowed to own or use nice things." I told him, scoffing at the thought of it.

"Miranda gave me this outfit and accessories. I look this beautiful because of her, and I love it," I confessed, turning to Mira with a small smile on my lips.

"Enough Allie!

This is not the time to reflect on Ariana and your deadbeat Ex-husband, Williams. they both deserve each other, and we are not going to let them ruin this night for us. I promised you we would have fun tonight, and I intend to keep my promise." she told me, smiling excitedly as she got up and held my hand, pulling me up from Raymonds thighs.

"If you don't mind, Alpha Raymond, I'm taking my friend to the dance floor and making her take a few shots. Don't worry, it won't harm your pups, they have Alpha blood," she told Raymond as she chuckled excited and pulled me towards the exit, leading me to the dance floor.

I turned back to him and he had a smile on his face as he watched us leave. I was surprised that he didn't get angry when she pulled me away from his thighs. Williams would murder anyone who tried this with him. He smiled even wider when I turned to look at him and I knew he is happy to see me having fun. I mush have grown up on the wrong side of the planet with aliens surrounding me. where has he been all my life?
