Screams after scream break out of my lips as I struggle furiously in their hold, refusing to accept. Pain rakes through my body as I jerk in their arms, causing their fangs to sink deeper. “LET GO OF ME!!! PLEASE!!!” I scream, tears rolling down my eyes. The knowledge that they are going to die is so fresh in my head that it has me bursting into sobs. “You are ours. Nothing will change that, not even you.” Tyler growls, eyes brimming red as he snatches me by the elbow. “You do—nt understand.” I mutter, my voice cracking as more tears runs down my cheeks. Ryler’s tongue darts out running the wet skin along my cheeks, swiping off my tears. “Now, now princess we can’t have you crying.” he rasps, his breath fanning against my neck. "You don't understand.” I cry out, my body trembling as the image of a hand flashes through my mind. No, I can’t. I can’t be here. Making up my mind, I take them by surprise, shoving Tyler so hard as I slam my head against Ryler’s. I dash out of the door, my feet padding against the earth as I make a beeline for the road. I have my passport in my back pocket, and some cash that could last me a few days. Taking a sharp corner the road turns narrow as the asphalt slowly piles up into muddy ground. I know I always ran from anywhere I called home for years, but it’s for the best. The train station comes into view as clatters of people moving around fills my ears, the loud buzz of the train as I head down the stairs to the counter. I hate this. I shouldn't have gone to that club, I should never have listened to Jesse. “Where to miss?” the fair skinned lady behind the counters asks, her eyes piercing my skin. Most likely my neck as I look like an unhinged animal. Trickles of blood that flows down my neck to my chest. I didn’t let them lick the wound close before bolting out of there. “Umm… Can you get me a ticket to the farthest place from here that your train can go?” I question, lowering my head to give her my charming smile. “Sure.” she whispers, eyes snapping back to her computer “Please make sure the stop has a train station so I can take the train there to the farthest place.”I tell her, my fingers tugging at the hem of my top repeatedly. “Okay ma’am. Running are we?”she jokes, arching her eyebrows at me. “I have to. They won't be safe if I don't.” I murmur under my breath. “Here you go then.” she says, stretching her fingers through the space in the see through glass. “Thank you.” I whisper, turning around as I weave through the crowd of humans. Clutching my bloodied shirt, I rush into the train, tucking myself at the very end of the corner. My breath quickens as the lights in the train flickers slowly, kicking off in an easy move. I got away. “Are you okay Miss?” a strange voice asks, causing me to raise my head. “Yes I am fine, thank you.” I whisper more to myself as I move further away. “Do you actually think you can run from them, and they won’t find you?” the voice resonates, piercing through my skin. I snap my head up, staring at the fiery cold gaze of a man who is about three times my size. “Who are you?” I murmur, shrinking back into my seat. “None of your business.” he growls, stretching out his hand. “Ahhh!!” I scream out, thrashing about as I jab my feet into his ribs hoping for a grunt or a slip of escape. However, all that is in vain as he grabs my hair yanking me out of my seat. Pain explodes in my scalp as I scream, “LET ME GO!!!! HELP!!! SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!!” Everyone turns away, eyes facing the other side as if they didn't even see me. As if they didn't even see us. A woman wraps her arms around her child, tears running down her cheeks. Who is this guy? From his scent I can tell he is a wolf. Without thinking I dash out of my seat evading his hand as I bolt out of that section. His steps are heavy behind me as screams echo through the air. Strong arms grips my elbows yanking me back by my hair. “LET GO!!!” I scream, throwing my feet in the air as he drags me backwards. “No running for you, young lady.” he growls, grabbing my throat in a firm hold. His fingers wound so tightly around my neck that my air stops, face goes pale as blood drains from my brain. At the last second he lifts me up, and swings my body out of the moving train. “Ahhh!!” I scream, tears running down my eyes as I await my death instead the swift smell of cinnamon evades my senses alongside the rough hands that wrap around my waist. “I got you, little one. No escape from me, from us.” Tyler growls, eyes brimming red. “No, please. Just let me go, I beg of you.” I plead, tears running down my eyes. Once again my pleas go unheard as he strides out of the dark path so majestically, his aura dominating the entire space. “Once again little one, no.” he snaps, his strides getting faster. My eyelid falls close as I start plotting another way to escape even if it meant my death. He can't get them, I won't allow it. “Why do you think she is running from us?” a deep voice echoes into my head, penetrating the foggy sight, and dark trenches. “I have no clue, and I am so willing to find out.” another voice says, this voice even more familiar. Is that Alpha Ryler, and Tyler Chase? What the hell happened? My body jerks off as a scream ripples through my throat. “STOP THIS MADNESS!!” Tyler screams, his head snapping back to shove me back into the seat. I snap my head forward, eyes widening at the sight in front of me. “TYLER WATCH OUT!!!!” I yell, but it's too late.
