The Alpha's Human Mate

The Start of The Prophecy

This town was home to one of the biggest pack's in Scotland. The town had humans, but they weren't the ones who were oblivious to the supernatural. Over a thousand years ago when the first Senider Alpha had stumbled upon this town with his small pack of twenty people; they had been running from a band of hunter's who had tracked them first from the Balkan Mountains, to Austria before finally capturing them in Ireland. They had managed to capture most of the pack, transferring them to London, UK and had taken them to someone who knew of their power and had kept them in cages to experiment on them, killing a few in the process. After many deaths of other pack members, the Alpha was one day able to over power the guard who had been too ill with a winter fever and escape with the remaining pack and travelled from the back ally's of London before finding this sanctuary.

After hours of running in wolf form from London, finally crossing over to the Scottish Borders; the Alpha had let his pack rest when they came to a thick section of forestry that wasn't too close to the main path way and allowed them to be hidden well, but close enough to see anyone walking along.

                                                                                                                                                            It was late and the pack had been travelling non-stop for over eight hours when they finally were able to rest, the males hunting food and water. They had been living like this for three days when the Alpha smelled a human and something he couldn't understand. He slowly walked towards the road while staying hidden, only to see a middle-aged man sitting on a rock while holding what looked like a young boy covered in a blanket; crying softly.

         He had left his horse and wagon by the side as he tried to help his sick son through the bout of vomiting. The man's son had carried a scent so tantalizing that the alpha had come forward and revealed himself, so he could find out why this smell was good. It was then he discovered that here, while there wasn't a pack; there were human's and seer's, witches and fairies that lived in concealment so not to be discovered. The alpha asked to see the child and found that the child smelled of Fae and that there was poisoning in his body. Without permission, the alpha had bitten the boy, unable to help himself while his shocked human father looked on in anguish.

The Alpha stumbled back in shock at his action, apologizing as the boy withered in pain, his body started changing, his bones re-arranging and his sable hair changed to white blonde before finally opening his eyes, fever free. The Father shouted out in joy, unable to believe his eyes at both the change and the fact that for the first time in over a week, his son looked healthy and was fever free. The Alpha couldn't understand his actions but knew something was going on. He kneeled down to look into the boys blue eyes and softly asked.

"Who are you?"

"I am a descendent of the Royal Fae” He replied, his eye glazed over in white “Do not be alarmed Alpha for this had been for told. We Fae Royalty knew that this day was near. Select few of the sacred order knew of your arrival to these wood and what will come to pass" He looked at his father " I am your son but as you know, my mother is Fae We shall take these wolves to the town and together reveal the truth"

The man shook his head in confusion "What wolves?"

"He means my pack. The rest of them are behind that rock. I came because his smell - "

"Yes alpha. But first let us go home and I will reveal all. I am Sebastian and i am a Royal seer"

"I am Tom. Please. Come with me. My home is only past two roads a head. Bring your pack and come have a home to rest in" The father said as he spoke.

The Alpha looked away, unsure what to do before finally deciding that they were people he could trust. He went back into the forest and woke up the pack before bringing them out to the roads. Tom suggested that as many of the children and women sit inside the wagon while the rest strong able bodies walked. Sebastian sat on top of the horse, guiding them into the town, which was another half hour. Once they arrived at the edge of the town, a small cottage was seen with one light on in the front window and smoke came out of the grey stone chimney.

The men helped the woman and children down before Tom took the horse to the stable and put away the wagon. After knocking on the door, it opened and the tall frail looking woman clutched her bare threaded shawl around her shoulders in shock as she took in all the faces in front of her door.

                                                                                                                                                    She gasped out aloud before bending down with tears in her eyes and grabbed her son for a hug. After a few minutes, she got up and hugged her husband who kissed her forehead.

"Let us in love. I know it will be a tight fit but at least lets get the women and children in"

She looked at her husband as she wiped her tears and run her finger's through her son's white blonde hair as she starts understanding the meaning. She smiles before opening the door to the small stone cottage wider and letting in the people. It was a cosy room where the entryway worked as a small kitchen to the left where a fire was roaring and a big pot resting over the fire, the aroma of food wafting through. The right side of the cottage had a big table that Tom, her husband had carved out of wood with his own bare hands and carving tools along with six stools. A small stone wall closed the room off half-way with a curtain for entry into the cottage further. The pack filled out as much as they could before Tom spoke again.

"I may not know what is going on here, but perhaps er-" He looked at the alpha and waved his hand in a gesture to ask his name

"Olvin. Olvin Senider"

"Perhaps Olvin, the children and woman could sleep upstairs. There is only one room so far that i have completed with bedding but -"

"Your kindness is much appreciated. Having a warm dry place to rest is more than we hoped. My Luna...erm wife, she will take them"

"I'm Ashuna" a slim black haired lady said as she stood up. Like the rest of the group, she was thin and underfed. Her skin a slight dull pale colour. Her brown eyes tired but warm.

"I'm Lily. Please, come and I will show you" Tom's wife said as she took eight women and children upstairs while explaining about food and ways to bed down. 

The five men stayed downstairs, and spread out more comfortably now that there was more space. The Alpha explained what had happened to bring his pack to this place and introduced his beta, third and gamma as well as his other male members. As Lily came down with the Luna, she went to the fire and stirred the pot before taking small bowls and filling it with the soup she had made earlier and gave them to her guest.

                They looked at her in surprise before the Luna hugged her.tightly as he cried. The men too were emotional, clearing their throats as they great fully filled their bellies. Lily hugged her back and made her eat as she asked her son to explain what happened.

"It was foretold long ago that this would happen. That an Alpha would turn a sickly human-fae child to it's true form so that a prophecy that has started can be guided correctly. It is said that this child true form will bring about the path they must go on and that this path will start from here. This town. That I would be re-born"

"You are a Royal FAE?" Olvin asked, his eyes shocked.

"Yes, the last pure blood of my kind" Sebastian said proudly

"How? Are you not half human?" Olvin asked as he looked between the three family members.

"I am. However, my royal blood had been hidden due to my human side. When you bit me, your saliva changed my blood. It was like it awoke my true blood within and my human part from the outside disappeared. This town is not like others. Here there are various supernatural and humans who are mated to them. We live among them. Hide in plain sight. We have been waiting for the circle of completion. That is when all supernatural, one of each breed; stay's here. While it won’t happen in this lifetime, the completion has started with your pack. You must stay here alpha. This place, it calls to you doesn't it?"

"All the time we were running, I just kept thinking that we could rest once we crossed the border. We have been living in those woods for three days, not feeling the need to move" Olvin confirmed as the rest of the men nodded their heads.

"Yes" Lily said as she joined the conversation. "I knew my son would be a special seer, a Royal one as I myself am -"

"The Astrid, Royal Princess of the FAE!" Ashuna whispered in awe, her hands covering her mouth in shock. She quickly moved to bend down on one knee and bowed her head.

Lily held the Luna's shoulders and bought her up and hugged her "No, please. I've never wanted that life so please do not bow"

"We heard stories...stories of the assassination of the family. That there had been no survivors. How-?"

"No-one here knows. They think we are another normal half-magical family but that's it. Nothing special" Tom explained.

"But you are!" Ashuna said loudly. The alpha looked puzzled as he joined his wife "You are special:"

"I knew the story. That the Fae had always been pure blood until an Alpha wolf fell in love and mated a Fae princess. That the prophecy said there would be one king and queen to rule all supernatural and that this family would bring peace to the warring beings. But I also heard that due to greed for power, they were all assassinated"

"Yes we were but before that attack happened, my father and his seer, with the help of a human widow and her daughter; hid me with them. They stripped me of my scent and told me it would return when my son would be re-born. Sebastian had poison in his blood and Tom was taking him to a medicine man a days ride from here. I knew then that something would happen. That he would be re-born but not how. I was told of your arrival in a journal the seer gave me. He also told me how to hide my son's appearance" Lily said.

She walked to the closed off room to the side of the wall. There was rustling sounds being made before something head had been moved. When Lily came back, she carried a brown leather book which she placed on the table and flipped through the pages before showing the alpha and Luna.

                                                                                                                                                        As they read the information, they both stiffened in shock and look at each other before looking at Lily. She nodded her head as Sebastian walked to them and stood in front of them. He held out his hand as the alpha quietly whispered.

"I can't believe we have been chosen. Are we even worthy?"

"It is for this reason, this question, that you are" Sebastian said. He invited them closer to him and as they went to kneel, he used his power to keep them standing.

"No Alpha. If you choose to accept this land and the beings here, to know that it is your line that will continue and be part of this prophecy; then you do not kneel. You are, as of this moment, royalty."

"I would be honoured and accept" Ashura said, her eyes bright.

"Ashura, my love. You realize what this means? What it means to our future, our pack...our future children?"

"Yes and I think it is wonderful. There's always going to be death...but with it comes love, a bright and wonderful future for all. How could we deny the peace such action will bring?"

Olvin smiled slow and strongly before joining his hand with his Luna and turning to the strange boy in front of them.

"We accept"

"One other thing. I will be the seer that will bond with this pack and it is with this power, seer's will come to the pack until it is time. There must be no question or doubt when a seer or guardian come and must be welcomed into the pack. Each new chapter of our lives will be recorded in this book and over time, passed to the future alpha. Never withhold the true power of this night from the future alpha and make sure each generation understands the importance of what is to come"

"We will Sebastian" Olvin says as both he and his wife bows their head.

"The Prophecy book will belong to you once the bond is secure. Hide it well and keep it safe. It will be of help in times of need and in need for your future family" The princess said.

"Know what is to come and that the battle will be great. That from this day forward, the pack will flourish. That for every few years when a potential WiOfa is born, a Protector called the Vo-Suie will be there. Remember that the true King and Queen will come out from true depth of greed and hardship. That the WiOfa's power will be so great that her first steps will alert you to her birth. But know this too, that with her birth will come betrayal and from the unlikeliest source. Prepare your children well, for it will be many years before this happens. To accept this, hold out your hand and let us bind in blood” Sebastian held out his hand.

He cuts open his palm as does his mother, the alpha and Luna before they all individually link palms with each other as a small circle is formed. Olvin and Ashura feel immense power rush through them before a bright and dazzling heat infused their bodies. The power they were feeling was so great that they closed their eyes and throw their head back as a bright light radiated out from their bodies. 

                                                                                                                                                     Each of the pack member gasped as they looked at each other; their bodies also changed, their skin starting to glow healthy, their bodies now connecting to their alpha and Luna in a new way; the bond stronger than ever before.

Finally, after what seemed an age, but really only a few moments; the pack gasped as their alpha and Luna broke the circle and as one, turned to look at them. Their eyes, now sparking and changed to an unseen new colour. The same colour as the Faqe princess and her son, the colour of a special kind of royalty of which the prophecy has been written and foretold about.

They had Lavender eyes
