I looked at Surgat, disgust dripping from my pores. “Now that you have lost the only thing that can destroy, I doubt there is any more use for you, Surgat.”
“There is, I am the only one that can open the portal, and with the demon horde released how could they ever defeat us, I mean you”
I thought about what he said. I so hated Surgat, he was an insufferable presence, but he was right, he was the only one who could open the portal.
I nodded my head to “So you have use after all. We will release the horde tonight.”
