Wolf’s POV:
I was tired when I got back to Blood Moon, but I wanted Riley to meet the little one.
I watched Joshua and Dax light up when they saw their significant others. Leo and Cole also disappeared and I knew they were probably phoning Star and Harper.
Riley ran to me as soon as we entered the compound. “Oh my Goddess, I am so happy you're back. I was so worried”
She stopped when she noticed the bundle in my arms. She opened the blanket and stared at the cherub face, she gave me a confused smile. “And who’s the little one?”
“We found her, at the witches house. She was the only survivor.”
She looked concerned. “I’m sorry Wolf, I know you wanted to save them.”
She picked her up and, for the first time, the little one allowed someone else to hold her. “Hallo sweet thing, and w
