Today was one of those days. Reis had called an emergency council meeting to address the growing tensions along the borders of the pack territory, and every high-ranking wolf had been summoned.
The council chamber fell silent the moment Reis entered. I followed a step behind him.
He didn’t need to announce himself.
He never did. Any room he stepped into turned heads
Power followed him the way shadows followed firelight naturally, inevitably, without invitation.
