Chapter 13 What Is Happening?

Arianna

During class I felt a familiar Pair of eyes on me. I look to my left and I saw Xander staring at me. I gave him a smile and whispered "hi" he did the same and the only thing I could do was giggle. That made Lilly look up and give me a you like him look. I felt a blush creep up on my cheeks and was quick to subside.

When class was over I was grabbing my books and binders, and shoving them in my bag. I then turned only to see Xander standing right next to me.

"Damn you scared me. What's up?" I asked trying to steady my heart,

"I was wonder if you weren't doing anything, if you would go in a date with me?" He asked

This made me blush and I could tell that my cheeks were a nice blush pink. I then looked down at my cellphone and saw that I had two missed messages from my mom.

"I am so sorry I have to take this." I said  as I rushed out the door and called her.

"Mom what's wrong?" I asked now having a feeling like my world was about to crumble down.

"We were just attacked. You need to come home." My mom said in a Tension  filled tone.

I knew my world was about to go to s**t and I was about to go on the ride of my life. The line then went dead.

I was quick to put my bag in my locker and grab my car key. I was thankful that juniors and seniors were able to check  themselves out of school due to our privileges. So when my mom gave me that call I was quick to rush out of school. I texted my friends not to worry and told them I would see them Monday. I knew that I would probably get an earful form them later, but my mom made me very worried.

When I got home it was silent like dead silent. I knew that something wasn't right and I was about to get to the bottom of it. I was not about to surrender the peaceful normal life I had. Because let's face it that was way to bizarre for me. I unlocked the door and peeped my head through to door making sure the coast was clear. It was not I was instantly pulled into the house by strong arms, Strong familiar arms.

When I looked at him his eyes hid a look of anger and frustration. And that is when he spoke.

" you thought you could get away?" Thanatos said and my heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest.

"How did you find me?" I asked knowing that I was now in deep s**t.

"I tracked you. You really thought you could escape?" He said looking like he might blow a casket.

"No. What did you mean by you tracked me?" I said now knowing what he meant, by the eyes that I felt on me The whole day.

That is when Everything changed when a flash of light beamed out of my cheats. I felt like I was no longer in my body, And someone else took over.

Amoree POV

I was in a house that didn't look familiar to me but some how I knew the people in the room. I had been protecting Arianna for years and what Thanatos did crossed the line. I looked him straight in the eyes and said. " what the f**k is wrong with you." 

"Amoree I knew that was you. Why did you try to hide?" Thanatos asked but I was not in the mood

"Silence." I said and his mouth closed in an instant.

"You do not get to come in here and threaten Arianna's family." I said with conviction in my voice.

I was not going to sit by and let her life be destroyed while he tore everything apart in her house looking for me. It was not happening today not ever. I then shot my hand out and zapped him with lightning and he feel over. I knew he was knocked out cold, and I knew what I needed to do next I opened a portal and sent him through and then proceeded to erase Arianna's family's minds and then I tucked my self back into Arianna's mind. I felt bad about what she would go through and I knew this was just the beginning. I would have to keep and eye on her in the coming years.

Arianna's POV

When I awoke my head was pounding and I immediately went to the medicine cabinet and took two ibuprofen to sooth my head ache. I didn't know what had happened the last couple of minutes and now I was sure something happened and that my life would be at risk forever.
