After a quick shower, we get dressed and head down for breakfast. We agreed not to say anything to anyone yet, but mom kept giving me the side eye. “Why are you looking at me like that?” I asked mom in her mind. “I'm wondering when you are planning on telling me that I am going to be a grandma?” She asked and I asked at her. “How did you know?” I ask her in her mind.
“Aria spilled to Azra. Those two have no filters or secrets. Azra has known for a while. I won’t say anything yet, don’t worry. I am very happy for both of you. I can’t wait to be a granny.” Mom replies and I smile. “We are going to see Alyssa now to confirm that everything is okay, and then we will tell everyone.” I say, and she looks at me, and gives me a wink.
