I saw some of them sneer at us too. Everywhere you go there will always be a b***h or two. It’s so sad, but that seems to be the way of the world.
Bryce leads us to what looks like a conference room. The minute we step in, mom looks at me. We both look at a Vampire woman sitting at the table. “I will handle this,” Mom says. Soon I see the woman slump forward, and her head falls on the table.
“That was fast. We haven't even made introductions yet,” Bryce says. Harris, Adelaide and Freya come to greet us, and congratulate Carter and me on the babies. Everyone else in the room looked on in confusion. I am sure they don’t know who we are. “Let’s get this party started.” I say, and they chuckle.
