Amanda P.O.V

"Still tied up" trying to reach Jade, Zachary starts to wake up, " what happened " he asks after he opens his eyes. Before I could answer we hear a lock open, the door opens and we see the large man enter the room

"Finally, you're awake, now we can get this ceremony started" with a menacing grin. First he goes and takes Zachary pulling him by the chain which is now in the front of him, half dragging half walking out of the room. The man comes back and picks me up throwing me over his shoulder. "Oh yes, we are going to have some fun." He says in a calloused tone.

Unknown man P.O.V

The man walks into a room lit only by a light coming from a fireplace. "Are you ready boy?" A teenager looking to be around nineteen looks up from the blade he is sharpening.

"Do I have to kill them? What did they do to warrant their deaths?" He questions.

The man walks to the boy and back hands him. "BECAUSE I SAID SO, DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME BOY!" he hollars, slapping him again, this time knocking him down, "HOW DID I GET SUCH A WEAK OFFSPRING!!!" he adds. The boy crawls away but not before his father kicks him in the ribs, breaking at least two. The boy screams in pain, "NOW GET THE HELL UP AND GRAB THE SWORD!" The boy does as he's commanded holding his side and using the blade as a cane following his father.

"Useless" he mutters under his breath. They exit the room and start climbing stairs, one flight after the other, minutes pass and they exit out of the stairwell onto a platform.

Boy P.O.V

We exit and stand in front of everyone, three hundred and fifty of the group that will become mine light only illuminates them by torch, my father says that I need to kill the Alpha and beta wolfs of a pack to get my power, to reach my full potential. "Why do I need to kill them?" I think to myself, "why should I lead these hunters when they've shown me nothing but the evil they themselves have said the wolves had done to the world."

My father starts speaking to the group over an intercom so everyone can hear him.

"My fellow hunters, tonight we bring into fruition, a new leader, a boy to begin with who after he kills these two, his power will become unlimited!" I can see the two people look at each other.

" The two I have before you " he continues "are the alpha and beta of the snow moon pack, the pack that killed your queen and my wife!" I can see the horror on the face of the woman, something is odd about her, I look and see her greenish grey eyes and something deep inside starts to rise... I think I'm mistaken but it's joy, not hate or disgust for this woman who my father has tied to what we call the killing posts but joy.

Amanda P.O.V

He's tide us to this object, it looks like an old horse post, there is blood both dried and fresh, out in front of us I see a huge group of people, it's looks to be just short of three hundred people maybe four hundred. I am so tired, I still have wolfsbane in my blood, it's going to be a bit before it's out. The door opens and I smell it, again I'm smelling my mate, I look out of my good eye and see him, walking behind the large man.

Pochouli and chocolate, I don't know what to think, "is he human?" He's gotta be, otherwise why hasn't he come to the realization that I'm his mate, unless he hasn't been around to many pairs. I cannot keep from staring at him, a gorgeous 6'8" god, broad shoulders, muscular, long black hair, a gotee that has a twinge of blond, holding a sword, a long silver sword. I hear the old man say that our pack had killed his wife and their queen. He flips his hair to get out of his face and that's when I hear it.

"MATE!!!!"

"good of you to join me Jade" she ignores me and continues to scream "mate" in my head. Off in the distance I hear a roar rise, it's not from anyone from my pack but it sounds more like a car. Off in the distance I see people jumping out of the way, some getting hit in the process of whoever it is driving through them.

The car gets closer and closer, it Rams into the platform knocking everyone down and breaking the post we are chained to.

A woman gets out, an alpha ora like I had never felt before. "Jade come" she yells and as if my body has a mind of its own, I get up quickly and jump on the hood of the car, Zachary follows and we get in. A stunned look on his face, he yells for the boy to get up and come after us, some reason I don't want to leave, I want to stay with my mate but as if she knew Jade took over and I am powerless to go back.

The car peels out back the way it came and turns, "Zachary I presume? How have you been child?" She asks with concern. He retorted " well other than being kidnapped, given a shot of wolfsbane and am away from my mate... Not to shabby." A bewildered look on my face erupts, "umm ma'am who are you? How do you know Zachary? Where are we going? And who are you?" Jade again being snarky "you said that one already" "shut it Jade", a smile comes across this woman's face. " Well for one please don't call me ma'am" she says smiling " two his father and I go way back" a dark look goes across Zachary's face " dad died" a saddened look in her eyes when he says this "I'm sorry sweetheart" I look in the mirror and a year slides down his cheek, "the rest I shall answer later." A few hours later we pull up to the pack house.
