Mr. CEO

I thought about this new job opportunity as I ate my breakfast slowly. I had decided to take this new position. If Mr. Williams trusts me that much, then it's a good thing. Right? But somehow, I just knew that this day wasn't gonna be in my favour! I stood in front of the mirror and examined my appearance. This suit was not going to work at all. The dryer had completely ruined my outfit, and now I was left with a white blouse that you could easily see through and a short pink, pencil skirt. Just my luck! I let out an exasperated sigh as I realised that I didn't even have a clean bra to wear, which only added to my dilemma. Anyone could easily see my n*****s through the bra that I was currently wearing. This was not the way to start off a new job, especially when you will be working with the big boss! I was about to cry when I remembered a blazer that I had in the closet back at the office. That would surely help to solve some of my problems. I need to hurry and get to the office building before anyone sees me. The apartment was quiet, Tessi and Loi must have gone to the gym already. I quickly gathered my things and rushed out of the house hoping that I wouldn’t run in to anyone. But as usual, luck was not on my side, and I bumped into my creepy neighbour Mr. Walker. "Looking really good this morning Iris!" He said while staring at my unbuttoned blouse. "Excuse me Mr. Walker, I'm really in a hurry right now." I said, trying to get away from him. "Aww, why don't you stay a little longer so we can have some fun!" Gosh! why is it always the creeps trying to hit on me? Declining his offer, I bolt straight pass him into the now closing elevator. Rushing to my car, I slid in quickly and made my way to the company building, praying that I wouldn't get pulled over. Thankfully there was no traffic! Finally making it to the office, I scan my ID and make a complete run for the elevator. When I came face to face with a big sign on it. OUT OF SERVICE !!! You have got to be kidding me! I've been working at this building for over four years and not once were the elevators out of service. So why now? It's like bad luck was just raining down on me. Not wanting to make a big deal about it, I decided to walk up to the 9th floor. Thoughts of Vixen followed me up the stairs. Feeling totally winded, I finally make it to my little office, and I head straight to my closet looking for my blazer but guess what? You guessed it; it's not freaking there! Can my day get any worse? “Ahem!” "Not much if you ask me." Said a voice coming from the door. I froze at the slightly familiar voice. I turned around to see Vixen standing before me. I took a small step back, completely startled. He looked at me with piercing, burning eyes that held a look of surprise. "Excuse me, what did you say?" I said with newfound confidence. “And what are you doing here?” "Your office, you don't have much here." He said as he glanced around my office, obviously choosing to ignore the fact that he had met me the night before. And I decided to follow suit. I could pretend as well. I swallowed slowly before responding. "I have what I need to get my work done. Why exactly would I need more than that?" "Most people decorate their work area to make it their own. You don't." He said with a shrug, as he walked into my office. Who does this man think he is exactly? Just walking into my office like he owns the place. "You should personalize it more. Give it some life, it's too dead in here." He said as he took a seat on the edge of my desk. "And who exactly do you think you are to tell me what to do in my work space?" I said feeling slighted by his refusal to acknowledge the fact that we had met before. "Mr. Vixen Gray." He says with a smirk. "I believe you are my new assistant." SHIT!!!!
