As we donned our clothes resembling fatigues and waited for the Chancellor to announce the day’s challenges, my mind was focused on one thing-Indigo. She had promised to join us for the competition, but I couldn’t sense her presence. It was like hitting a wall whenever I tried to feel her energy. The more I tried, the more anxious I became, and my brothers were grumbling the same worries as me.
Finally, the Chancellor appeared and outlined the challenges for the day. We listened intently, but my mind was still preoccupied with Indigo. I couldn’t shake off the feeling that something terrible was about to happen. I tried to calm myself and focus on the task, but it was difficult.
