The transformation of a werewolf was in Cultists' eyesight, as they cheer for Amadeus’ struggle. Soon after, Amadeus grabs Santi by the neck forcefully ripping off his head away from his torso. With the lifeless but happy eyes of Santi, blinking for the last time as he looks up to Amadeus. He slowly smiled as he died. After that darkness, our man gains consciousness. “Woah!” he yelps as he coughs with the blood entering his mouth, as his body lays to the ground. He pushed his body to a stand, revealing the blood that dried on his skin. 'This was a nightmare, I need to get away from here, I need to leave this place,' he thought as he inspects his new limbs intact. Amadeus entered his room as he washed his burly body with the wine jug, removing its blood and dirt that slept with him. As he grabs the trousers and proceeds to wear them, he looks at the white robe that is probably prepared for him by the cultists. 'This is not a very welcoming clothing,' the thought of him wearing it. He tore the white rob with his hand to make a simple one, only to tatter it everywhere. Amadeus gave up on having a top on, as he walked to the main cave seeing the cultist dead bodies once more, he ran off. ____ Trampling the grass in his every step as he runs to the woods, without a place to go, without knowing where he is. Fueled with confusion with those trees standing tall overlooking him while he runs. As the past midnight blue eerie still lingers around the woods, Amadeus stopped himself at the side of the calm river. As he looks at his reflection through the calm river. “Hmm, how do you feel?” A voice in his head. “Who are you?” He asked as he stood in the middle of nowhere. “Why did you make me kill those people?” he added. “I am you! Therefore, everything you did was under your control.” “Why are you in my head?” Amadeus asked as he grit his teeth and curled his forehead. He chuckled as he spoke.  “Because you want me too, I am your f*ck up desire, I’m here because you weren’t able to handle it together, ” he said. “Look at your hands, look at those nails, you see those dried blood inside? It was your desire!” he added. “You shut the hell up!” Amadeus said as he burst and punched himself in the head, swaying at his side from the blow. “I didn’t want to become a beast, I don't want to be a monster,” he said as he walks past the river and slowly falls to the ground. “I just wanted to live, ” Amadeus said. “Who you wanted to live for?” a voice of a young woman asked Amadeus. “Amelia!” she yelled. “Sister, come, there is a man, ” a young woman said. There a burly man without his top on embracing the dirt, while a delightful young girl sits beside him, dirtying her small ruby dress as she fixed into a butterfly sit with her wavy dark blonde hair that flows into the air as she turns to her sister, exposing her sweetest smile and her emerald green eyes. “Sister come quick, I was right,” she said. A dark-haired beautiful young woman despite her much common attire, with her leather boots pounding the dirt as she runs to them. She grips her knife at her waist as she speaks. “Elise! Come here!” she said as she slowly got closer revealing her firm and sharp eyes. “He needs help!” Elise said as she caresses Amadeus’ hair. 'Is he? He looks much younger though,' Amelia thought as she saw Elise and Amadeus. Amelia comes closer as she puts his hand on Amadeus' mouth and nose.  “He is breathing at least, ” she said. She lifted his shoulder as she put his arm into her shoulder, and helped him into a stand. “Alright Elise, lead the way, ” she said. Using her other arm to catch Amadeus’ side, guiding him into a walk.  With Elise walking in front of them as she skips around, while the sun happily rose and shines to them, glistering their eyes. 'Who are these people? But my heart surprisingly calmed with them,' Amadeus thought as he glances at the girl in front of him. 'Once again, I received assistance from someone, I never thought I would need anyone’s help, but somehow this feels very good.' “Thank you, ” he said. “We are close, ” Amelia said. Amadeus with Amelia supporting him as they walked away from the blue midnight into a sunny glint with Elise leading the way for his new beginning. ____ In the snowy wilderness, a man in his common clothing that didn’t match the thickness for cold weather. The man stands cold with a baby in his hand wrapped in a green torn dress that fits the color of her emerald eyes. “This river, the trees standing tall, everything in here is so familiar, ” he said as he walked carefully tugging the baby in his body. He walks gradually while he constantly looks at the baby, checking her state, with a strong breeze the baby woke up and started crying. The attempts at soothing her and calming her down have failed, but in turn, he noticed an old woman from afar. Willing to ask for help from anyone, he decided to get closer.  A familiar old woman was waiting in her long grape robe as she opened her mouth to speak. “Come, Galiet, ” the old woman said. As he traverses in the cold with the cries of the infant he is holding. 'I have chosen this! I won’t look back.' He thought with his every firm step to the snowy ground. 'This is your destiny.' Upon getting closer to the woman it reminds him of the witch. “You finally arrived, come, come! I’ll provide you and the newborn something warm to help you in this endless winter, ” she said as she pointed out an old cottage. She moves as she was anticipating his arrival; she welcomes them both into her house. Amadeus with everything that has happened. The only thing left in his mind is for the infant to survive this cold, he accepted her kind invitation. “Please take a seat, I’ll return to you quickly, ” she said as they entered the cottage. With every step to the creaky floorboard as he gave a good look to the cottage, a dusty one with all its weak foundation that surprisingly still protects them from the cold outside. Soon after, she gave Amadeus a cozy blanket, and a warm tea that he quickly covered to the infant he is carrying that calms her into sleep. After that, the witch prepares herself a warm tea as she sits across to Amadeus, and proceeded to warn him that the baby he is holding dearly to his chest will be in constant danger once she turns young enough to leave, and venture into the realm, and there is nothing he can do to stop her curiosity. “She will be your pandora’s box, you will never know if she’s someone that will save or end your life, to be fair to her you did take everything away from her or maybe not everything as you didn't take her life.” Amadeus’ gaze falls to the ground by the witch's words; he in a way knew what she meant to say. With her voices escaping to the air, he realizes something. “Were you the one who saved me from that fateful night?” he asked. “Galiet, I’m sorry, ” she replied. “You are Carmelia? I should be the one apologizing, I owe you my life, ” he said. “You will doubt yourself every time that’s just who you are, but you are great, Galiet, ” she said soothingly “How do you know that name?” “It was from your mother’s last name, ” she explained. “How do you know? Even I, don't even remember my family, ” he said as he looked at the sleeping baby. “That is not important for you right now, ” he replied as she looked at the baby. “What will you name her?” she asked. Even with everything that he did, even all the guilt that he is carrying, he is somehow delighted that he has her. He gazes at the infant that is now sleeping calmly, and in a matter of seconds a memory of a young girl’s body that is entirely burned was put in his eyes to see, he screamed with confusion as the discomfort in his heart was starting to rise. “NO!!! STOP!!!” Galiet pleads as he yelled. The infant woke up from his scream, luckily it didn’t cry but the newborn peeked her emerald eye on him, and with her tiny hand, she reached to touch Galiet’s face. Galiet is back to his senses, his eyes are still shocked at what he saw, but somehow he is relieved to see the infant is safe, as he caresses her tiny hand. “I will always protect you.” “Elisabeth, ” he said as she smiled lovingly. “Even if I need to shape the world to protect you, I will do everything,” he vowed to her. He soon realized that the witch that welcomed her is gone. He looked around in the cottage to check for her only realizing that the cottage looked abandoned. It’s a very old house. The words that the witch left to him are still intact in his mind, he will not dismiss her warning as she is something he values unknowingly. He decided to start his new life, in the very home, he is in, using his name Galiet.
