Hallie's POV
It's bright and early Monday morning when I reach the building I would normally be having the history lecture. But today is different. Today is the day of the field trip to the Angeles National Forest and I couldn't be more excited.
Although I'm not a big believer that vampires once existed on this earth and lived alongside humans, my feelings on the matter may be swayed after today. Seeing the potential ruin where these creatures once lived may make me a believer in vampires. I'm not holding my breath or anything, but I am looking forward to exploring the area.
