I followed Seraphina and Jaxon back to the East House, still processing the momentous decision I'd just made. The moment we stepped inside, Seraphina grabbed my hand, her face radiant with joy.
"Come, let me show you your room!" she exclaimed, practically pulling me up the stairs.
