(Amelia's POV)
I looked directly into Theodore's eyes, feeling a strange connection I couldn't quite explain.
"In this world, no one is more important to me than myself," I said firmly. "Your situation is different from mine. Even if Ronan wanted revenge, you shouldn't have been his target. You were the one who actively brought him back. If he truly respected and loved you, he wouldn't have hurt you."
I leaned forward, my voice hardening. "If Ronan really tried to assassinate you, then he deserves to go to hell."
Theodore watched me with growing interest as I continued.
"Blood relations mean nothing to me. I only care about people who genuinely love me and treat me well. The rest? They can disappear for all I care."
