Happy Birthday

Today is my birthday and I'm not really looking forward to the party my best friends insisted I had to have I'm not super happy about turning 30 I mean another year older and where the fûck is my life going.. nowhere thats where it's been heading for the last three years. I'm feeling older and incomplete in my life.

I thought I would have been married and had children by now but what do I expect when I put my faith and heart with one man that never really wanted me for the right reasons in the first place. Fûck him...

I better get my asŝ ready before Kerry shows up and kicks my asŝ for not being ready.. ( big sigh).. uuuhg. heading to the shower I cant help but think of the last time I actually went out and had fun, let loose and forgot about my loneliness three years is to long to be alone and celebate at that I'm fûcking pathetic I think to myself while washing my hair.

The knocking on my door snapped me from my thoughts. I know who it is. "Come in," I yell out and hurry to finish applying my peach blossom lotion to my body. "Hey babe, you ready?" Kelly asked as she stopped in the door to my room."Oh babe, you've been crying again. What's wrong? it's your birthday your not supposed to be crying" I chuckle and reply "yeah well what can I say my life is a sad thing" shrugging I throw the black wrap dress on adjusting the wrap to better cover my large chest keeping just enough cleavage on display to catch a little attention as she looks me up and down eyebrow raised "You have lost weight Mandy I don't like it.you aren't eating again are you??" Three hours later and I feel like a new person my skin is soft and glowing my nails are painted a deep purple along with my toes I have on black strapy heels with rhinestones along the toe straps and a burgundy colored thigh length dress that hugs my curves perfectly accentuating my hips and bottom, my bust covered but showcased to draw the eye I turn sideways looking in the mirror making sure my tummy doesn't stand out to much I've never been what I'd call skinny I have an aŝs, hips and big boobies some men like thick and some don't whatever their loss taking a deep breathe I walk out of the changing room to meet the girls as I enter the lobby of the spa I clear my throat pulling their attention to me smiling I spin around slowly and ask, " How do I look is this okay?" both Kelly and Andrea stare wide eyed and speechless making me nervous "Hey tell me guys" laughing Andrea cirles me " Damn girl you are fûcking hot Jesus we are gonna have to watch out for creeps because every man in the club won't be able to look away from the sight you are damn gurl" Kelly right behind her agreeing adds " She's right we will be drinking for free tonight baby everyone will want you.. damn girl I don't think I've seen you look this beautiful and sexy in a very long time c'mon let's go the rest of our friends are waiting for us at the club and we need to parrttaayy!!" laughing as we walk out and head to the club.

Well here goes nothing I look and feel pretty and Kelly is right I need to have fun and celebrate my 30th birthday a new beginning for myself to move forward with my life after all I'm the only one who can change the things I am not happy with and I intend to.

We arrived at the club sometime later, laughing and talking as we rode in the limo they rented for the night. I love my friends they are so thoughtful. I had one glass of champagne, and I was ready to drink and dance my bad mood away. we get out of the limo and walk to the door. The bouncers are checking IDs and letting another group inside.

He looks up smiling and said," ID' beautiful" I smile handing him my drivers license he scans it his hand skimming my fingers his brown eyes sparkling mischievously as he looks me up and down handing me my I'd back he said " Have fun and happy birthday beautifull tell Zack at the bar the first round is on Derek" with a wink he allows us in we move inside the music is loud but not overly so we don't have to yell to hear each other and the lights are dim but bright enough to see everything around you, there's a vip area off the the left up the stairs and the bar on the right side along with booths to fit around 6 people each and tables scattered around the floor for more seating options. wow this place is really nice.

We headed to the bar to order our drinks while we waited to find the others or them to find us. I notice the bar tender is cute blond hair cut short sexy blue eyes neatly trimmed facial hair straight white teeth and a smile that could melt your panties off if directed at you Kelly sits flirting with him and orders three shots of hypnotic and a hypnotic tonic for each of us okay she's looking to get me drunk tonight.

Kelly passed around our drinks and a shot each, and we headed to find our table to wait for Cassandra, leighla, and Scott to arrive we are stopped by a bouncer letting us know our friends are waiting for us in the upgraded VIP booth I look around as he leads us up the stairs to the large VIP lounge. wow this is beautiful up here no wonder it's for VIP guests only as we reach our group I'm feeling a little anxiety about how this might work out tonight as soon as their eyes landed on me everyone starts singing happy birthday to me chuckling I wave them all off hugging all my friends and receiving birthday wishes.

We each take our shots and talk about our day it's nice to see everyone and catch up as we finish our drinks the bartender from this section approached us with a bottle of ice cold hypnotic and shot glasses for everyone " this is compliments of the owner he sends birthday wishes and said whatever you all wanted tonight was on the house so enjoy" I was shocked "wow that's so nice of him please send our gratitude to him we appreciate the kindness."

After 4 shots and two tonics, I'm feeling good and decide it's time to dance till my feet are sore. I get everyone's attention. "Hey ya'll, I wanna dance who's coming with me!" All of us jump up, and we head down to the dance floor, ready to let loose and feel the music..

I didn't really want to go out tonight but my boys won't take no for an answer so here I am at the club waiting for them to show up the place is nice and classy but also a favorite among the people around our town there's a huge dance floor that can be seen from the vip lounge.

I'm currently sitting at the bar waiting for Kevin and James to get here. I figured they would have beat me here, but I've not spotted either of them yet.

There's a small crowd of people sitting across the lounge from me. I turn when they start singing happy birthday and notice a beautiful woman in the center as she waves them off, blushing she is so cute.
