James POV
I felt my eyelids heavy, a smell of disinfectant and medicine, that smell I knew very well and it started to terrify me I opened my eyes slowly and saw a white room, with the typical sound coming from the monitor.
I panicked and my breathing accelerated, I felt my oxygen lacking even if I had an oxygen mask, I felt like I was missing it. My heart started to race and the monitor started to beep louder, I felt doctors approaching, I wanted to get out of there or rather die. I didn't want to live the same thing again.
Then I felt a smell of mint and coffee, I looked away a little and saw the being that keeps me still alive, my beloved Alpha, his look full of concern and fear made me feel bad thinking about wanting to die.
He approached me and hugged me, I calmed down instantly
