“so that is the whole story.” I said and looked around the table at the elders.
“how do we know you are speaking the truth?” Derek asked and stared at me.
“because I have no reason to lie.” I said and looked over at Chrystal. She has been quiet throughout this whole meeting and Julian was just staring at everyone.
