He answered, and Shane's voice came through. "Sir, I have the information. Two years ago, Ms. Quinn never boarded that flight. She took a later one to Paris."
A cold light flickered in Lucas' eyes. "What about the passenger list back then?"
"The list the airline provided at the time was the original manifest. It was only later, during their review, that they discovered some passengers had not actually been on the plane. They had no way of knowing the person we were looking for was among those who never boarded," Shane replied.
