“What do you think if we held a parade?” I ask Cara as we are planning for her and Lemuel’s wedding. “Lemuel’s not a common face among the masses. So, maybe you and Lemuel can do that?”
Lemuel scoffs. “There is no need for that. A single announcement is enough.”
I glance at Lemuel. He’s busy with the documents. “Don’t mind him,” I say to Cara. “Since he’s not helping with the preparation, all he can do is agree to all our plans.”
Cara giggles. “Well, a parade will be nice. I’d like to see Ethan’s jealous face for once.”
