11: Respect, Trust and a new pack

Soraya's p.o.v.

We reached the Holiday resort and booked a Cabin for the night.  There where four rooms with two beds each, a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.  When everyone was settled in the living room to let there whole situation sink in I deliberated with the twins that me and Jack would go tho the market plaza nearby to buy some food, drinks and clothes, while Jake stays with the others to help them when they needed it.

Jack and I where done in less then an our.  He bought cans of tomato soup, fresh bread and fruity juices.  Me on the other end bought for each wolf a lounge set of clothes and for each a pair of new booths, shirt, jeans and socks.  And of course some shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and tooth brushes so they could wash the dirty smell away that lingered on them.  When we were already there I took the opportunity to copies the files, not reading it, put it in an envelope, and write a letter with it.  Letting the Alpha of the Detroit territory know what his beta has been up to all this time but with strict order from the daughter of the Queen to not let others read it.

When we came back I took the attention from everyone in an formal but friendly raised tone.  ''Okay everyone, we bought for each one of you two sets of clothes.  We also got some soup and fresh bread that we will prepare while you guys take a fresh shower and clean yourself up a bit after that horrible place you where.  I understand that the food is not a lot but know that it is better to start with something light again so you wont get any cramps if you stuff yourself full with other kind of food.  We placed in each bathroom the necessities you need to clean yourself up with.  After we eat you can sleep in your chosen bed and tomorrow you may decide to stay here or leave and follow your own path.  Thank you''.

I let out a deep sigh.  Not knowing what to expect tomorrow morning what there decision will be.  But I'm okay with whatever they choose.  After everyone had cleaned themselves up and had there stomachs filled they started to prepare for bed.  I was sitting on an armchair next to the sofa and in front of a little fireplace and held the files in my hand but decided that I will respect there privacy and not look in it and placed it in a bag.  One of the male wolves saw what I did and walked up to me.  ''Not looking in it?'' he said with an raised eyebrow.

''No, I respect your privacy and will only look if I gain your permission.  But I will keep it safe and out of harms way when we get back.  Or you could keep it for yourself if you want?''  I said with a soft tone in my voice.  He raised his eyebrow at me.  ''Why?'' that's the only thing he said.

I didn't know what he meant exactly by that and furrowed my brows.  ''I'm sorry but what do you mean, why?''  He sat down on the right side of the sofa close to me .  ''We've been tortured, humiliated and all the other unthinkable.  Why helping us?  Why go through so much effort and give us a choice to stay or come with you, I don't understand?''

The rest where sitting down around us, hearing what we were talking about.  The twins came standing behind me.  Sighing deeply again I started to explain.  ''Okay, I will start from the very beginning.  When I was small I always hated those who bullied someone else.  I never took it very well when people were treated badly an always wanted have some justice for the persons who were victims to those people.  These two hot heads behind me you already know.''  They punched me in a playful way that made me laugh lightly.  ''They were bullied as well when they came living in my old pack.  As you see they are gifted wolves as well and show that in their features.  Both are fire wolves and because they look so different than normal wolves they got picked on.  One day I Took matters in my own hands and took revenge on those people who treated them with no respect.  That's something I always stand for.  Give respect and get it back.  Without it this world will be an disaster.''

I also explained them the whole deal with my mother leaving in the middle of war with the rouges and me being a child from an another man.  Also that part where my mother received that message about a sparkle wolf that needed our help and that, that was the reason we found them.  ''As I already told you, you can make the choice to come with us or leave tomorrow.  But when you decide to come with, then we will go to an territory placed at the edge of the royal borders.  That place isn't used for a very long time and there are a lot of cabins and an extra Pack house.  Me and the twins will life in the pack house while you all get a choice to have your own cabin and start your live anew.  It may seem to big of an area but we will get more missions to safe wolves from there poorly living situation.  And while we are away you have safety from the royal pack so no one can harm you.''

One of the female wolves who looked not much older then me spoke up.  ''So it's like having a new pack then?''  I opened my mouth to answer but didn't know what to say so closed it again.

Jake saw it and answered for me.  ''That's exactly the idea, but a pack with gifted wolves who protect each other and can life in peace with Soraya as our Alpha.''  Wait WHAT?  This is something I need to talk about later with these two egg heads.

One of the guys stood up.  ''Then I have made my decision.  My name is Oliver Lupos and I would be honored to join your new pack Alpha''  He said bowing down to me.  Then the other male stood up.  ''My name is John Lyric and I would be honored as well to join your pack Alpha.''  Bowing down as well.

What the f**k is going on.  Both snow wolves were standing up and bowed down  ''Our names are Lila and Lily White, sisters, and would be honored to join your pack Alpha''  I'm dreaming what the Hell?  And last the sparkle wolf stood up.  Fiddling with the hem of her shirt but bowing down just like the rest.  ''My name is Sofia Alistair and would be honored to join your pack Alpha.''

My mouth was wide open.  I turned my attention towards the twins, only to see them on one knee and bowing their heads for me as well.  ''We, Jack and Jake would be honored to join your Pack as well Alpha.''  A hot sensation crept over me.  My wolf started to howl with her head raised high.  The whole room lighted up and became pleasantly more warm.  A light shine out from me and made a pass at each wolf.  It became clear.  They wanted me as their Alpha and want to life their lives in a new pack.  A smile formed up on my lips.  I was sure as hell to give them what they need.  ''I accept all of your requests and are happy to let you join my new pack.  The Elite pack.''  But I wasn't finished.  ''And hereby I want to ask you, Jack and Jake take the title of beta's of the Elite pack, help me in my decisions, stand by me and the pack for all that will come for better and for worse, with loyalty and respect?.''

They looked up at me with aw.  Of course if they put me in this spot I will repay them with this.  ''We Jack and Jake accept your request and be there for the pack and her Alpha, for better or worse and with loyalty and respect.''  The light that was surrounding us shined brighter, almost blinding us and then disappeared.  Well who would have thought.  I came for a wolf in need and come back as Alpha with more than one wolf, forming a new pack.  Guess the wonders aren't out of this world.

After we all talked a little with each other, everyone went to bed except for Oliver and the twins.  ''Alpha may I ask you something?'' Oliver asked politely.  s**t I'm am sure not used to be called an Alpha.  But I guess that will take some time tough.  ''Of course, never hesitate and always ask.  Better safe than sorry wright?''  I smiled at him.  ''After what we've been through I don't wish that for any other wolf.  So is it okay that after I train some time I accompany you in your missions and help save others who need your help.''  Oliver said with a certain look in his eyes.  It made me proud that I gave them a feeling that I saved them.

''That, I would appreciate.  But first you need to regain your strength again.  And when your are in top condition, I am certain that I could use some help.'' I said.  He smiled, bowed and left to for his bed.  Both boys were standing just outside the door, watching the stars.  When I walked towards them I gave both a slap of my hand on the back of their heads.  ''What the hell did you guys put me up with?  We didn't talk about this.''  I said with a meaning voice, still a little shaken up about tonight.

Jack started to laugh.  ''No but we talked with your mother''  He said after he tried to catch his breath and showed a phone he was holding in his hand.  The screen showed that my mother was on the phone.  I took it out of his hands so I could talk with her.

''Mom do you have anything to do with this?''  I asked her but heard her giggling at the other side.  ''Yes sweetie I did.  I knew when you would complete your mission that you could take that responsibility.  It's who you really are sweetheart, a leader, an Alpha.  Your father even told us before I got pregnant with you to prepare ourselves for your arrival because you were going to be born a leader''

I sighed.  ''So that territory was kept by Jonas just for this?  And if it's a yes then how did you know these wolves would ask me to be their Alpha?'' I asked.  It went silent for a few seconds before she replied again.  ''Yes, we knew that you were going to lead your own people, so I let Jonas keep that territory with all the Cabins and pack house.  Before you were gone to your mission I even asked the staff to prepare everything for your return.''  Mother let out a deep sigh when she finished.  ''You're having your own pack now sweetheart because your father had foreseen this already and you will do great things, I just know it.  We will help you in the beginning with border patrols and everything but in the end you will arrange that all by yourself.''

My mind went completely blank.  Didn't know what to say or think anymore.  I gave the phone back to Jack, took my upper clothes off and shifted.  Running was what I need right now.  Feeling the wind blow through my fur.  Peace and calm.
