CHAPTER ELEVEN

Caroline POV

As I'm running towards the other wolves to catch up I feel someone nipping at my tail. So I look back and see the same golden colored wolf with beautiful golden eyes. "Nip him back" so I slow my pace down and nip him back. We continue to run together for a little while when I tackle him to the ground, and start barking and I bow my head while wagging my tail wanting to play.

So I tag him and take off running ahead to get him to chase me. "He's not following us" Myia chips in after a minute or two and I turn around and see that he is gone. "Where'd he go?" I ask while Myia starts whining. "Maybe he had to leave." I suggest. "Or he is playing hide in seek, ".

"Yeah, maybe so." I say when I start heading back to seek him out. I finally catch his musk scent and follow it back to the pack house. Im starting to feel a little dejected when I see everyone has returned and was putting their clothes back on. I feel Myia's energy deflate and know she is sad that we can't find him.

"Come on, let's put our clothes back on. Maybe we can pick up his scent in the crowd " I say trying to lighten the mood. So I go back to the other side of the forest and find my dress behind the tree where I left it and shift back to put it on. Just as I finished zipping up my dress I feel a mind link come through, "Caroline! OH MY GOSH! I FOUND HIM, HE IS HERE AND HE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!" Liz says says squealing to me. I stand there a little confused and ask her "Found who? Who's here?" I ask when what she says next shocks me. "My MATE!" .... Oh s**t. "That's wonderful news Liz, I'm so happy for you!" I tell her. "But I'll catch up with you tomorrow and you can meet him, we're at my house and my dad just walked through the door. I just wanted to tell you the good news and to apologize that I bailed on you!" "No, no your good. I completely understand, and I'm so happy for you. Go, spend time with your mate. We will catch up tomorrow" and with that last thought she cuts the link. "I'm glad she found her mate. She deserves to be happy". Myia nods her head in agreement as we start walking back to the after party to try to pin point that musky scent.

As I was making my way through the crowd, I spot my brother Craig talking to someone. So, I walk up to him. "Congratulations Alpha" I say showing my neck in submission with a smirk on my face. He turns to look at me and I see a flicker of excitement then mischief in his eyes when he turns to me, then turns to a unfamiliar face next to him and says "Alpha Romero, have you had the pleasure to meet my sister. This is Caroline." I turn to look at the Alpha and he was maybe five or six feet tall and has dark brown eyes with a wide build. Looks to be in his early twenties. His eyes lit up when he seen me and I swear I seen a flicker of lust in his eyes before it disappeared and my stomach immediately went in knots. As his eyes flickered to my neck and trailed down my body. Making me feel rupulsed by his actions. Myia was growling in my head. Letting me know she had seen it too. Craig then spoke up. "We will talk soon Alpha Romero, my Luna wishes to dance" and he walked away.

"Oh your going to get it big brother, Alpha or not. Using me as an excuse to get away" I link to Craig and he laughs before he cuts the link. When I look back to the Alpha. He is staring at my chest. "It was nice meeting you Alpha, " I say as I go to walk away when he spoke up. "Will you join me for a dance.?" Ugh "Tell him no." Myia spoke up. "Just one dance." he spoke again as he held out his hand. "Okay" I say as I place my hand in his. As we were walking towards the dance floor 'Thinking Out Loud' by Ed Sheeran just came on. "Oh great! That song just haaad to come on..." Myia said and I couldn't agree more when Alpha Romero spun me out then brought me back in too close for comfort and placed his hand on my lower back close to my butt while he held my other hand. I tried to step back a little bit when he held me firmly against him and I felt him sniff my neck. When I stiffened. "You smell Devine" he whispered in my ear. I felt all the blood drain from my face when he spoke. I immediately pushed him away from me and walked off the dance floor and away from the party. I needed a shower. I could smell him all over me. I felt disgusting.

I was about ten feet away from my houses back door when someone grabbed me from behind. I instantly went into fight mode. I slammed the back of my head into my attackers face and heard a sickening crunch followed by a groan. I managed to loosen his hold on me when I bent down and grabbed the back of his knee and pulled him towards me making my attacker lose his balance and fall backwards. I then spun around and seen that it was Alpha Romero who had attacked me. Myia was growling and snarling in my head. "RIP HIS f*****g THROAT OUT!!"

When Alpha Romero jumped, and tackled me to the ground and punched me in the face with so much force, I fell backwards and started to see dots when I felt a stab to my neck. I reach up to touch my neck where the stinging pain was coming from to see a syringe in Alpha Romero's hand. Oh s**t, I think when I see black dots in front of my eyes and black out.

I come back to and see that I'm in the forest laying on the ground, I have no idea how much time has passed by and immediately start to panic and I try to mindlink when I can't. "Oh, I gave you a dose of wolfesbane, I can't have you mindlinking anyone to interrupt our fun and also a dose of Phencyclidine. I need you aware but you won't be able to feel any pain. Just pleasure" He tells me as he touches my face with his hand. I go to scream and he punches me in the face a few times. I go to cough and end up choking on my own blood. I can't heal with the wolfesbane in my system and i cant even talk to Myia. "Now, be a good little b***h and allow daddy to worship that body." he says to me as he leans over me and starts to rip my dress off my body and squeezing my breast. I feel him start kissing on my neck and licking me. When I feel his hand travel down to my lady bits and rip my panties off.
