After the service staff finished decorating the trolley, they led Christina to room 108 and then slowly returned to her position. Christina looked at the door of room 108. A series of images from six years ago appeared as clear as if it had just happened. Christina's feet were frozen, and her shoes were glued to the cold marble floor, making it impossible for her to lift her feet. Christina's hands trembled, unable to reach the sturdy wooden door. She closed her eyes, held her breath, gathered courage in her hands, and knocked three times on the door.
