Bella's P.O.V.
Matt found me the moment Aunt Claire, him and the others stepped out of the quiet corridor where they had been engaged in deep conversation. His stride was purposeful, his eyes laced with urgency but hope as well—a combination I hadn’t seen in days.
“Bella,” he said, voice low, “we might have a lead.”
I stiffened slightly. The air shifted around us.
He continued, “Aunt Claire confirmed it—an invisibility spell could easily be used to hide a property. One of the locations on the list we gave to the warriors is registered under Veronica’s family. It’s supposed to be an abandoned property in the forest. The team says there’s nothing there—but we’re beginning to think it’s been cloaked.”
My gaze shifted to Aunt Claire, who was quietly observing me now, like she was gauging
