Amanda got herself busy with her work and not soon after, Lucas approached her as he sat in the chair next to her and turned to look at her.
"How cruel, you left your boyfriend alone" Lucas said playfully as he gazed at her.
"Mr Lucas, I am working right now." Amanda unconsciously said so.
Even Amanda was surprised at the formal and cold tone that flew out of her mouth and her sulking behavior, but she remained consistent and didn't let it show on her face.
Lucas furrowed his eyebrows but soon he burst into a small chuckle as he looked at her with gleaming eyes.
'I thought I heard it wrong but guess I didn't. I was wondering how it would feel to make you say it in bed." Lucas said in a voice laced with husk. There weren't any people in the room since lunch break was still going on
