I can't believe that my dream has finally come true. I have opened my own restaurant with my boyfriend Damien. I am the happiest girl today alive on planet Earth. It has been my dream since I was a child. Inspired by my Uncle Jeff, I have always loved cooking. There was something about it which seemed to lure me in.
I was strangely attracted to cooking in some way since I was a child. The colourful vegetables are sliced under a knife and then poured into a hot boiling pan. There's nothing beautiful about it, about how it sounds but when you are the one doing it, the feeling, the beauty while cooking, it's entirely something else.
Hard to describe but best to feel. It's a totally different feeling which is best to experience by ourselves. Cooking completes me and is an inseparable
