"There you are Bell !! We were waiting for you" Amanda said as soon as she spotted her coming
Oh I am so sorry , I was caught up with some friends, said Bella
Okay now listen up , 'Voila' I have got our ….. DESIGN FOR ASSIGNMENT !! Aah I am so happy , it's such a great evergreen , trending ethnic dress , I feel like dancing
"Woah , amazing Amanda !! as expected of you !! Good job my friend , I am rushing to fabrics room " !! Exclaimed Bella
"Yes fantastic miss Amanda, you did it , I am really impressed, you did this in such a short time " you deserve a round of applause!! Said Lucas cheerfully
"Awww thank you guys , I know right , I am so happy , really , I am so anticipated to see the finished piece , my creation would turn out real , the thought makes me go all crazy as if I am on ninth cloud "
Amanda said with a pure , bright smile which warms someone's heart . She truly was happy .
"Oh my ! She is so cute , dammit …. I wasn't able to control myself back there and now she is just … argh I seriously want to hug her "
Lucas thought to himself blushing hard at her smile .
"Hey Amanda wait but what's the design" ?
Bella came back in hurry and asked
Amanda chuckled , "hahah , yes in excitement I didn't tell you the main thing , yeah so our ethnic dress would be 'sari' , the ethnic dress which doesn't need stitching but a very comfortable cloth wore with blouse and underskirt , is draped around the female's body and makes the one feel so carefree , like a fairy wandering in her wonderland sprinkling pixie dust wherever she goes , aah the thought itself takes me to one of my own fantasy" so how is it ? Guys
"Yes it isn't bad , its impressive but sari's fabric, designs is of many types, what type have you chosen"?
Asked Lucas
"Yes " Bella nodded in agreement with Lucas
"Ah yes that..... I have yet to decide " Amanda laughed nervously
"geez Amanda and you were going all gaga over it " Bella sighed
"Well we were nowhere to start with , Bell and when I thought of 'sari' as our main dress … I got excited as to on stimuli … and deciding the dress won't take time , its mean and scary of you to scold me , hmph you are a meanie friend"
Amanda pouted while complaining about Bella
"Hey look at you , saying me meanie !! That's not fair Amanda , I didn't even scold you that much, you are making me a bad person "
"Hahahaha, you two quarrel very nicely but I am afraid my Ladies we don't have time for it , so should we proceed "
Lucas giggled while saying this to the girls
Oh man she is so cute when she acts childish and pouts , her priceless smile and cherish able childishness, I want all of them for me , her each moment of happiness , anger everything , I want to hold dear all her actions , wanna see each and every emotion of her , her vulnerable side , possessive side, hah ! I really am crazy . Lucas thought
"Okay let's go then people , to the designing room , 'giddy up' " said Bella
"Now first we will decide the main fabric for the sari , we want our dress for festival, party , traditional and wedding so how about a Frill saree " ! said Amanda
"Oh nice its kind of trending too, And and fabric can be georgette! How about this ?? " asked Bella
"Georgette ….well how about Mono net !
Since it will go well with frill saree and Mono net is the fabric we studied about recently so how about we use it , it will also look presentable and we would be using what we studied recently in our assignment as to it will impress the professor more no ? " said Amanda
"Hmm you are right , Let's go with mono net, what do you say Lucas " asked Bella
"Yes why not , miss Amanda is right " answered Lucas
"Alrighty then the saree color would be white , blouse's design would be …. yes!! it would be a printed blouse with some flower petals , colorful leaves , a floral design and the fabric for blouse cloth would be 'Banglori' silk ! "
" Nice , my fingers are tingling to work on it asap "
Everyone laughed at Bella's finger dance
"But miss Amanda what would be the length of the blouse piece and saree" asked Lucas
"Oh blouse piece would be 0.8 Meter in size and saree would be 5.5 meter "
"Okay then what about wash care and all and the saree's style" ?
"The wash care would be obviously dry clean and style would be … partywear and traditional" !
Amanda answered with a warm smile
"Okay now Amanda draw a design asap for it putting everything together but wait , what about the work on saree , we can't leave it plain " said Bella
"Yes yes , I know, it will have fancy thread work and I will draw the design right now " answered Amanda
"Oh fancy thread work, but isn't it difficult like we only studied it last week " said Bella
"Yes I know but you don't know one thing that we might make mistakes while doing it however Mr. Lucas is very good at it , no Mr. Lucas" ?
Amanda looked at Lucas with a smirk while speaking
"Hahah yes , Miss Amanda knows my skills very well and I won't disappoint my ladies however Miss Amanda I am surprised by the detailing in the research you have done on me "
Lucas responded with a sweet smile
"What do you mean , I do go through a thorough report of the team members I work with although only our course related"
Amanda replied with a relieved and her professional intimidating smile which indicates you can't get too close to her .
"I am afraid Miss Amanda , here your motive might be pure and only work related however I am too habitual of seeing girls doing a thorough check on me for some impure motives so I am afraid I might misunderstood you or might suspect you …. sigh I do feel very bad for those little lovelies but I am helpless so I don't want you to go through the same fate Miss Amanda , I hope my heartfelt intentions can reach you "
Lucas said while sobbing
"Oho Mr. Lucas the Oscar award nominee, your acting was really touching and Miss Amanda the queen , this servant requests you to draw the design cuz you guys can drag this for a whole day " Said Bella
"Haha okay okay Bell , servant at you command " giggled Lucas
"Yes yes , flattery won't get you anywhere My sweet prince "
Replied Bella
He is so narcissistic but funny at the same time , Amanda thought to herself while unconsciously smiling .
"Amanda here you go , sit here at this desk , everything is here , paper , pencils , paint and brushes etc. so help yourself and hand over the design at earliest " .
"Okay ma'am" said Amanda courteously.
"Yes very well , I am going to the fabric room then and Lucas you control your sewing machine and thread area " Bella commanded Lucas
"Yes Madame " replied Lucas
Amanda took her pencil , paper and started to draw
"hmm so here I go , first lets draw a beautiful white mono net saree yeah here just a little twirl in the loose end then , a simple mono net isn't enough, ohhh wait , Amanda clapped her hands , we learned about the glitter making fabric machine …. but putting glitter through glitter glue keeping all precautions in mind would be more effective... everything will turn out manual for our project , gah I am so excited , so here we go , some golden glitter spots on the fabric and in the frills , the fancy embroidered thread work , Ah thread work"
Amanda eye's drew towards Lucas who was assembling and working on the threads and sewing machine .
Oh well , he is hardworking and I have heard his skills are quite impressive , Amanda's plump lips mumbled the word 'impressive'
"Miss Amanda, you are making me shy by staring at me with that sweet gaze of yours and mumbling compliments about me , I gets conscious when someone praises me from that close", Lucas looked up to her with his seductive smile
Amanda flinched in reflex and said
"Urm .. ooh well , I was just confirming if you are working hard or not and yes as I said , I have heard about your skills however I haven't seen them yet "
"Do no worry miss Amanda , you will witness them soon " answered Lucas with a pleasant smile
"Yes , we will see" and Amanda turned towards her desk again
" She is cute ….. aw man want to pinch her cheeks " Lucas thought
