Chapter 3: The Castle and The Marking

(Mature scene at the end of this chapter)

Apollo's POV

    I woke up this morning not knowing if I would find my mate. As the Prince of the Werewolves I should have found my mate by now. I was 18 years old and I should have found her by now. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of women throwing themselves at me but I refuse to be with anyone who wasn't my mate. The only thing that I can think of is that my mate has not come of age just yet. 

    My wolf Titan seems to be quite agitated today and I don't know why but I just put up a block and climb out of bed and head to the shower before heading down to breakfast. I decided that I wanted to take the stairs today instead of the elevator as I still needed time to wake up. I live by myself on the 4th floor of the castle that is until I find my mate and then she will live with me there. My parents and little sister live in a house not far from the castles as to get me ready for when I become the king. My Beta Kaylee Dunn lives on the 3rd floor along with Izabella and Rebecca Oracle. Izabella is my top warrior and is in charge of all the rest of my warriors. As for Rebecca she is my little sister's mate and only stays here because my sister still lives with mom and dad.

    Walking into the kitchen and grabbing a plate full of food I sit down at the table and start eating. Kaylee and all the other girls come in and join within a couple of minutes. Looking at Kaylee I ask her what was on the schedule today. Swallowing her mouthful she looks at me and says, "It seems the only thing on our schedule today is to assess the warriors during training. Your father wanted to make sure that you had enough time to do some alpha training today and then he wanted you to make sure that you relaxed a little." Nodding with a knowing smile on my face I look at the girls "Awesome okay then that sounds like a plan to me. Hey Izabella, how are all warriors looking to you lately?" 

"They are looking really good but there are a couple of newbies that could benefit from you coming out and teaching today. There are a group of 5 boys that really show potential but it seems like they might be having a hard time keeping up." 

"Alright well then let's see what we can do about that shall we. Now Kay and Beccs if you will excuse me and Bella we are going to head out and get to work. Kaylee let my father know that I will see him later today after lunch." With a nod I place my plate in the sink and head outside to the training grounds with Bella following right behind me. Kaylee, Izabella, Rebecca, me and my sister Kairi have all been friends since we were all little. Kaylee was the first of all of us to find her mate only to lose him during a rogue attack. He was a warrior that was assigned to the border and when a rogue group tried to kidnap my sister and Kaylee he gave his life to protect them. When Kaylee saw that her mate was killed she went on a rampage and killed all of the rogues before anyone could even touch them. 

    Anyway back to the training. As we arrived at the training grounds Bella pointed out the 5 boys that were apart from all of the other trainees. Nodding I walked up to them with a soft smile on my face. I recognized them as 5 of the newest shifted teens that we had in our pack. "Hi boys how are you guys doing?" Looking up at me they all gave me a look that said it all. They were scared of all the training that they were doing and therefore I knew that they needed to take it slowly. "You guys are pretty scared aren’t you? Hey, it's cool I know how scary it can be for you when you just shifted for the first-time weeks ago and now you are being required to learn to fight. Here is what we are gonna do, if you want to be warriors then keep attending a few sessions a week and then full time. However if there is something you guys wanna do let me know so we can work something out ok." Nodding one of them walked up to. 

"Sir I don't wanna be a warrior. I really loved working with my father who is the blacksmith and I really want to continue to do so. Do you think that would be ok?" Smiling I nodded and a huge grin came on the boy's face. "Of course it's ok. We need blacksmiths as much as we need warriors. Go on. Tell your father that you are relieved of warrior duty and you are to be his new partner." Smiling and thanking me the boy took off and I knew I had just made the boy and his father's day. Looking at the other boys they all told me that they were willing to do their best to being warriors. They all decided that they would come a few days a week until they felt ready to join training on a permanent basis. Turning to Bella I knew that everything was good to go. I walked to the front of the field and watched the rest of the warrior for a bit and then released them all to go eat lunch and to spend time with their families.

    While I was walking back to the castle I saw my sister Kairi and Rebecca cuddling in the garden while they were both reading books. Smiling a sad smile I kept on walking knowing that my father was waiting for me to do some more training for when I finally took over from him. As I was walking, I find myself wondering what my mate will be like and wishing I could find her finally. Walking into the castle I find my mother helping in the kitchen. Before my mother ever became the queen and my father's mate she was an Omega who helped in the kitchen. To this day she still loves to help in the kitchen because she says it is always good to return to your roots and remember to be humble. Giving her a kiss on her head I go and get some food knowing that I can't keep my father waiting too long.

    After finishing the sandwich that I was eating I head up to the office, knocked and heard my father say come in. I walked in and greeted my father who was sitting behind the desk. Looking up with a soft smile, my father looked happy to see me. My father is one of the best kings that our kingdom has had in a long time. King Hades is known for being a fair and just king that will always listen to both sides of a story. One of the first things that he has taught me is to not think or judge someone right away, that a good king should always listen first. Standing up my father came around and gave me a hug. Hugging him back I knew that he was pretty tired and getting hugs from anyone in our family always seemed to give him some energy. 

"Hey dad so what are we working on today?" I ask him as we both step away from each other. "Well son I think we should get you up to date on all of the financial paperwork and then you can just relax for the rest of the day. How does that sound to you?" 

"Sounds like a plan to me old man." 

"Hey, this old man can still run circles around you young man don't forget that." 

"Sure thing dad." We both chuckle and then get down to work on the paperwork.

    Before we realized it, the grandfather clock in the office struck 8:30 pm. Both of us looked up surprised and then started laughing as we realized we had been here for a long time. There was a knock on the office door which my father told whoever it was to come on in. The door opened and Kaylee and Bella came into the office escorting an older gentleman into the office. My father looked at the man and jumped up and gave him a big hug. 

"John Silvermist! Well bless my soul, how have you been old friend? How is that pack and family of yours doing?" My father look surprised to see his old friend standing in front of him here. Leading him to a seat in front of the desk and then sitting in the seat next him, my father looked at him with a worried expression. 

"Hey Hades. You know I have had better days in all honesty. My 2 middle children were ran out of our pack today on their birthday of all days. All because they had 3 different colors in their hair and my oldest made it seem as if it was a sin. The thing though is when I ran some money and documents out to my daughter before they took off I could smell that they were wolves. My daughter has royal purple, hot pink and aqua blue hair and my son has midnight blue, neon green and orange hair. I came to see if maybe they came here cause all three of the colors that they received were their favorites and that makes me think that they are the elemental queen and warrior reincarnated and they would find their way here. Please Hades I need to find my kids. Are they here?" 

"I'm sorry Alpha John they aren't here yet but you know what, there have been some reports of a couple of wolves in the woods not far from here. That could be them for all we know." Kaylee speaks up. Looking at me and Bella, “I was thinking that the three of us should go and check it out and see if it is them." Nodding I agree with Kaylee, looking over at the devastated alpha.

"Father I agree with Kaylee. Alpha John how about you stay here until we get back and if it is your kids we will bring them right to you ok. We will back as soon as we can ok."

My father and the alpha both nodded at my words. With that being said the 3 of us head downstairs and head out into the woods.

-----Sometime later------

    As we started to reach the area where the 2 wolves were spotted I started to smell the most mouthwatering smell that I have ever smelled. Titan breaks the block that I had up and demanded that we follow the delightful smell. It was the perfect mixture of roses and fresh rain 2 of my favorite scents. Looking back at the girls I noticed that Bella was also sniffing the air and I knew she had found her mate as well. Kay is standing there with a wide grin on her face knowing that the 2 of us had been waiting long enough for our mates and now we had found them. Looking at Bella I asked her, "You smell your mate don't you Bella?" Nodding she smiles and answers, "Yes I do and so do you. Do you think that it is those 2 wolves we are looking for?" 

"More than likely they are. Come on you two. Follow your noses and find them so we can all go back to the castle already." Kay said in a fake grumpy tone while laughing at the two of us. Playfully growling at her we took off following the scents of our mates. It lead us to a clearing where we see a guy and girl packing up their campsite that they had set up. Kaylee stopped us and stood in front of me making sure that they were not going to attack when they turned around. I found myself looking at the girl and falling in love with her right way. When she turned around and looked straight into my eyes, the world just stop all around me.

"Mate. It really is her." Titan said to me. Finally the search was over. Suddenly the guy standing next to my angel put his hand on her shoulder and being the alpha prince that I was, I let out a growl and so did Bella. However he ignored both of us and started to talk to my angel, "Little sis are you ok? I am right here with you no matter what ok? If you are scared tell me and I will help you no matter what. That is what brothers and protectors are for am I right?" Shaking my head I thought about what he had said. Little Sis? Oh snap they are sibling, and he was her guardian. Looking at Bella I found that we both were wearing sheepish smiles as we both had reacted a lot faster than we should have. Still smiling we both look back at our mates and saw that they were done talking and were looking at us with longing on their faces. 

"Stand down Kaylee. I think we are all good now. Plus I really wanna hold my mate." I said placing my hand on her and Bella letting them know that all was good. Kaylee got up and got out of our way and the second that she did Bella's mate dashed up to her and introduced himself. However all I cared about was the angel that was in front of me. I slowly walked up to her and reached out my hand to her cheek. She purred as she pressed her face into my palm. "What is your name, Little one?" I said in a soft tone that made my mate just melt. "Crystal, my name is Crystal" She answered in an extremely low voice that made my wolf and me purr with nothing but love. "Hello Crystal. I cannot tell you how happy I am to find you. I am Apollo the prince of the werewolves and I promise to love you always." With that Crystal jumped into my arms and hugged me as tight as she could and refused to let go or so it seemed. After a little bit she jumped down and stood in front of me as Bella was standing in front of her mate. He lead Bella over and stuck out his hand to me, "Hi I am Crystal's twin brother and guardian warrior. My name is Steel." Shaking his I chuckled softly. "Sorry for growling earlier. I didn't know that you were siblings but now that I do, it is good to know that my queen has a good guardian watching after her. Kaylee come here," Kaylee came over and she looked relieved knowing that no harm was going to come to anyone, "This is my Beta Kaylee. She is very protective of me and Izabella. We were told that there were 2 wolves here in the woods and my father asked the 3 of us to investigate. Imagine his surprise when we come back with our mates in tow. Well come, finish packing your things and follow us to the castle. We need to get some food in you 2 and I am sure that you guys are tired." Nodding Steel and Crystal started to finish their packing. Kaylee noticed something and decided to ask them, "How long have you guys had your wolves? Just wondering that's all" She asked with a smile on her face.

Crystal turned to her with a knowing smile, "Today was our first shift. Today is our 16th birthday and when we revealed ourselves to our pack we had to take off right away. They all thought that we were sirens and were ashamed by us. Well everyone except our father. He is the current alpha of our pack and he is always there for us." 

"Who is your father, Angel? I will bring him to us so you may see him again" I asked pulling Crystal closer to me.

"Our father is Alpha John Silvermist of the Silvermist Cove Pack. We are his middle children after Raylynn and right before Godric our little brother." She said in a clear voice. I stepped back a step while holding her hand still. "You are John's kids that he is looking for? Oh my goodness we definitely need to get you guys to the castle! He is waiting there for you guys right now. Come on get on your bikes and follow Kaylee I'll ride with Crystal and Izabella you ride with Steel. I hope your bikes can go on dirt roads because they are the fastest ways that we can get to the castle!" Kaylee went behind a tree and shifted as Steel and Crystal got on their bikes. 

"Oh shot I forgot that we don't have extra helmets for you guys. Will you guys be ok without ....." Crystal suddenly burst out but stopped when I kissed her. "Angel we will be fine, plus when the gate guards see me and Izabella on the bikes they will have no choice but to let us in ok. Now go baby I trust you completely." And with that we were all off to the castle following right behind Kaylee.

----Sometime later-----

    As we pulled up to the castle, I mind linked my father asking him to bring John down that we had a surprise for him. True to what I had said earlier when the gate guards saw me and Bella on the bikes they opened the gates right away. Killing the engines to their bikes Crystal and Steel step off of their bikes and took off their helmets. When I looked at my angel I found her gawking at the castle. 

"Do you like it angel? This will be our home whenever you are ready." I asked her as I pulled her into my arms. She snuggled close and nodded. "I love it actually. I just never thought that I would be........" 

"CRYSTAL! STEEL! Is that really you my children?!?" John came running out and saw them standing with us there in the courtyard. 

"Daddy! Yes it’s us!" My angel dashed out of my arms and ran straight into her father's arms. I stood there by her bike and smiled watching as my little mate snuggled up into her father's arms and started to cry. Steel walked up to his father and wrapped both his father and sister into a large hug. Tears were silently falling down both men's faces as they had thought that they would never see each other again. I look over at Bella and saw that there were tears in her eyes as well. I walked over to her and asked if she was ok. 

Nodding she looked at me and said, "Steel was telling me on the drive that he was afraid that he and his sister would never see their father again because their older sister and their mother seem to run the show in their home and their father was the only one that seemed to understand them. I am really glad that your father is friends with their father. I don't want him to ever lose his father." 

I nodded at her words and then took her hand. Leading her over to her mate I placed a hand on my Crystal's shoulder to let her know that I was here for her. Crystal turned to me and pulled me into the hug that the three of them were still in. I noticed that Steel had done the same to Bella. After a couple of minutes we all broke apart and I held Crystal in my arms. Wiping the tears from her face, I looked up at her father. 

"Sir I haven't gotten a chance to introduce myself to you yet. My name is Apollo. I am the Prince and I am also your daughter's mate. I promise to always love her no matter what." I stuck out my hand to shake his, but he shook his head. Pulling me into a hug, he said, "Son you are now a part of the family and family don't shake hands we hug. Thank you for accepting my little girl. Also I know you will keep your word because her brother will kick your butt if you don't." Chuckling I looked over at Steel  "I have no doubt that he will sir. Now I do believe that we are all tired and hungry from our activities from today. How about we all head up to our rooms and relax. We all can eat in our rooms tonight as we have loved ones to get to know." 

    Nodding at my words, Kaylee guided John to one of the guest rooms as me and Bella lead our mates to our rooms for the night.

---Up in our room---

    As I lead Crystal into our room, she was amazed to see that all of her things were already in our room. Looking around the room she squealed as she saw the shower and looked back at me with a large puppy dog eyes. Chuckling at her I shooed her into the shower knowing she needed it. Pulling me down by my shirt she planted a passionate kiss on my lips causing my d**k to get really hard. Pulling away blushed big time and then she ran into the shower. While I was waiting for her to come out, I found myself locking the door so no one could just barge in and then I took off my shirt and put on some shorts on trying to get comfortable. I placed her backpacks onto the window seat so she could get to them better when she gets out.

    Hearing the water turn off I sat on the bed watching the bathroom door open and there stood my beautiful mate wrapped in a towel. She looked over at me noticing that I had changed and she found herself looking me over with these wide eyes and all of the sudden I started to smell the best smell. Standing up and walking to where she was standing with her back against the wall.

"See something you want, Little one," I ask her making her look up at my face. "all you have to do is ask for whatever it is that you want." As I stood there watching her, I could see that she was a strong woman that always knew what she wanted. Crystal looked up at me and said the four words I was waiting for, "Make me yours please!" and with that I picked her up and carried her over to the bed. 

    Taking the towel off of her and throwing it over to where her backpacks were I leaned over and started to kiss her lips like there was nothing I would rather be doing. Reaching down with one hand I started to run it down her body in the lightest touch until I reached her warm core. She was already wet for me and I couldn't help but groan as I stuck the first finger into her. Releasing her from the kiss I looked into her face and saw that she was enjoying it and so I added another finger and then another until she was a moaning mess. I could tell that she was almost there so I stopped. She whimpered and I smiled knowing what she wanted. Looking at her eyes for any sign that I needed to stop and finding none I dropped my shorts and placed myself at her entrance. 

"Look at me Angel," I softly told her, "I promise you will love this ok?" She nodded and with that I entered her and went all the way. She cried a little when I broke her hymen but then as I started to move she could do nothing but moan and beg for more. I started to go faster and harder just like she asked me. She started to clamp down on me and then with a feral scream she came so much for the first time. Looking at the angel below me all I wanted to do was mark her. She looked at me and she had the same look into my eyes and I knew she wanted to mark me as well. 

"Get on all fours beautiful," I whisper to her and she was quick to do so. As soon as she was ready I started pounding into that beautiful p***y that was right in front of me. Pretty soon I could feel her getting close yet again and so I flipped her over and kept going while holding her close to. I started to kiss down her jaw line and then down her neck until I reached her marking spot. I could feel her start to nuzzle where my mark was going to go and I knew she was ready.

"Do you want to do it at the same time angel," I asked her and she nodded. I felt my canines start to elongate and knew that hers were doing the same. At the same time we both bit down on the marking spot and all I could see was stars as I came so hard inside of her. I could tell that she too came so hard as I continued to hold onto her marking spot. I felt her release my mark and then lick it to seal it and I did the same to her will pulling out. Looking with adoration at her beautiful face I knew that I could never let this beautiful woman go. 

    I pulled her into my arms and held her close. I could tell she was tired so I told her to get some rest and that we would get some food later. Nodding she curled up into my chest and quickly fell asleep. Looking into her face I sent a prayer up to the Moon Goddess thanking her for my beautiful mate. I soon found that her soft breath made me start to feel tired and soon enough I fell asleep while holding my beautiful Crystal.
