As we pulled up to the old three story hotel, a slight wave of anxiety gripped me. I was with Maryjane and two other members of the team for this project.
I had spoken with Matteo 2 days ago and he had agreed for us to come inspect the place before finalizing the contract. It was all about evaluating the space we were expected to renovate and transform in six months.
" Are you sure this is the place?" Maryjane asked as she scanned the entire building from head to toe.
" I'm pretty sure it is.......see it has the name Kings Hotel written boldly on it." I replied her as I gestured to the bold sign above us.
