It seems Eva had set her expectations too high for Ardi. Eva was overly confident in assuming that what Ardi said last night was true. In reality, Ardi was not much different from a playboy.
How foolish of me to just believe it….
Eva was deceived by his seemingly sincere gaze and sweet words that sounded like honesty.
"Eva…." It was Dika's voice.
Dika was understandably confused about why Eva was there.
Eva looked up just as Dika stood in front of her.
"I'm sorry Dika. Sorry for coming in without permission."
Dika then took a seat next to Eva. "Eva, what's really going on?"
"It's a long story . A very long one."
Seeing Eva like this, with clear traces of tears showing she had been crying, made Dika even more certain something was wrong.
