Something must have happened. Something big.

We have been trying for an alliance with Moon River for generations. Taking one of the Alpha's daughters as my Luna would solve many problems.
But the Moon River girls are underage, their family has hated us for generations, and a union between them would be temporary at best without an heir to secure it.
Which I refuse to do. Their eldest daughter is only 15 years old. I'm 31. I could almost be her father and I remind them of that fact.
