Tangled Together

If Ann were to willingly lay on top of Rick, she might feel a sense of humiliation. However, it's important to remember that merfolks are different beings altogether. Ann, being a rebellious Omega, is distinct from the merfolk species, and her current obedience does not undermine her dignity. She doesn't need to question whether she has feelings for the merman or not, because even if she does, it doesn't mean she is submitting to an Alpha as an Omega naturally would. Ann is still an independent individual, and she refuses to surrender to fate. In this moment, she chooses to follow her heart, staying here, embracing the merfolk, and silently revealing her inner vulnerability. Initially, she may have been afraid that her resistance would be suppressed. She wonders if her refusal to harm the merfolk would anger the monster lurking in the depths of the sea. Would it use its sharp and ferocious claws to tear her apart along her spine? A mix of fear and desire engulfs her, but Ann finds herself unable to control her actions. She feels extreme embarrassment, with sticky sweat and tears sliding down her face. Her elbows forcefully rest on the merfolk's chest, and her wrists are still bound by twisted and deformed handcuffs. The metal feels warmer than the body temperature of a merfolk. Ann's body feels weak, unable to stand, and her mind is in a chaotic state. The unfamiliar scent of the merfolk's body reaches her nose, and she inhales it into her lungs, creating a continuous cycle. If it weren't for the merfolk's arms embracing her and its webbed claws gently squeezing the back of her swollen and red neck, Ann doubts she would be able to remain standing. She wants to stand on her own, but her rationality tells her that continuing to engage with the merfolk will not benefit her current situation. Rick and his team could arrive at any moment, and they might shoot both the merfolk and her. Although Ann disapproves of Rick and wants no association with him... Ann couldn't anticipate the merfolk's next move. Despite being on a desperate escape from her dysfunctional family, she didn't want to lose her life so easily. If possible, Ann still hoped to save herself and pursue a life of freedom according to her own plans. Ann's heart raced, but she hesitated to make any sudden movements. The merfolk released her grip on the glands at the back of Ann's neck and gently held her face with webbed claws. Ann was compelled to open her eyes and saw the merfolk's shallow pupils in the dim light. Forced to meet its gaze, Ann noticed the merfolk slightly turning its face, revealing its light golden eyes hidden beneath long hair. Its eyes were slender, deep, and half-closed, as it stared intently at Ann. Ann's heartbeat grew more intense, and the strange fragrance emanating from the merfolk seemed to affect her glands. Its presence was intoxicating, rich, and even slightly hallucinogenic. "Я тебе нужен..." The merfolk's Adam's apple moved, producing a series of low and indistinct sounds. Ann could only catch a few unclear words. Anxious and weakened, her body became limp, and her legs trembled. "I...I don't understand." She had never learned Russian. The merfolk began to stroke her back, pressing its pale body and chest against hers. It then sniffed around Ann and breathed cool air near her earlobe. "Do you need me?..." Ann's consciousness blurred. All she knew was that she nodded. She no longer had the strength to stand. The merfolk effortlessly broke the handcuffs and firmly held her waist with a large hand. Soon, the merfolk extended its sharp fangs and forcefully pierced Ann's glands. The bitter scent of broken branches and leaves began to fill the air... Ann's body trembled uncontrollably, her mind racing with fear and anxiety. The glands on the back of her neck felt like they were on fire, and every inch of her skin that touched the merfolk sent waves of pain through her. "Um...wu..." Ann whimpered, her voice barely audible as she raised her neck, her rapid breaths filling the empty space around them. The merfolk lifted its head and glanced towards the top corner of the laboratory. Its eyes fell upon a black box-like device, with a faint red glow visible behind the glass. It knew that those people relied on this monitoring device to study their interactions, and it had always been aware of it. Without hesitation, the merfolk found a piece of glass on the ground and threw it with force. The black box shattered, releasing a small puff of smoke. Lowering its head, the merfolk looked at Ann, the little omega, once again. Her clothes were soaked, her black eyes filled with tears, her trembling eyelashes captivating. Her shoulder blades resembled unopened wings, and her entire being emitted a delicate and fragile aura. But the way she clung to him was also... refreshing. The merfolk inhaled her intoxicating scent, savoring every moment. Ann lay on its swollen chest, her small frame pressed against its neck as she hungrily absorbed its pheromones, like a little lamb that could never be satisfied. She tasted wonderful too. Such softness and cuteness were rare in the depths of the sea. The merfolk continued to lower its head, gently licking her neck and sucking on her tender skin. Its thick fishtail wrapped around her lower body, exerting a powerful hold that rendered her unable to move. The merfolk's tail proved to be stronger and more formidable than expected. Ann struggled briefly, but realizing her efforts were futile, she surrendered and allowed him to continue. Ann's legs were overcome with a peculiar sensation, a cool and sticky touch that seemed to seep into her very bones. It should have been alarming, especially with her neck still in the merfolk's grasp. The merfolk's touch was gentle, almost caressing, but Ann knew that with a little force, her neck could easily be snapped. Yet, strangely, she felt an overwhelming sense of calm. Whether it was due to her injury or the merfolk's mysterious pheromones, Ann couldn't say for certain. In this moment, Ann had no desire to escape, nor did she resent the merfolk's touch. She even wished for the merfolk's fish tail to wrap around her tighter. The sensation was scorching hot. Desperately, Ann tried to grab onto something, but the merfolk's back was too wide and slippery. Her arms would slip off every time she tried to hold on, leaving her with only the option of pulling on the merfolk's long hair. As the cool strands of hair cascaded down Ann's face like flowing ice water, she pressed her head against the merfolk's chest. It felt as solid and cold as a natural glacier stone. Gradually, a strong floral scent emanated from the merfolk's body.
