Mason’s POV
Jaxon: Stella wants to give it a go with the rogue.
Tyson: I think that’s a great idea.
Mason: She’ll be the most amazing Luna ever.
Mason: I’ll be in charge of keeping her safe while she’s talking to him.
Jaxon: We’ll all keep her safe.
I exhaled sharply, rolling my shoulders as I surveyed the warriors in front of me. Their stance was decent, but I could see hesitation in their movements, a reluctance to push past their limits.
“Is this what you call defense?” I bellowed, my voice cutting through the morning air like a blade. My gaze swept over the fifty warriors before me, each of them rigid under my scrutiny. “What is the best defense?”
“Offense!” a group of them shouted back in unison, their voices strong, but not nearly strong enough.
