61. Doctor's visit

Erica I didn’t know how much time passed as I stood in front of the floor to ceiling windows looking out at the cloudy sky. There was no sun in sight and the chilled glass against my palm told me the weather was only going to get colder later. My gaze snagged on the dark escalade and I could only make out the men in dark uniforms stepping out of it but I didn’t pay them any attention as I heard a buzzer going off near the door. I turned to look just in time to see Antonio coming out of the bedroom, fully dressed in a black suit with a black shirt underneath, completing the look with his black Italian leather shoes and diamonds on his cufflinks. He looked ready to be photoshopped into a GQ magazine or on Vogue’s front cover. The sight of him made my stomach clench, remembering last night
