Ashley decided to go to Kat’s unit. She would spend a few days here. She didn’t want her family to see her emotional state. She just told them that they had an out-of-town shoot.
She and Kat were still on the latter’s bed. She was lying on her side while her friend was sitting down with her back leaning on the headboard. It was past 10 AM.

She just smiled at her and greeted her good morning instead of answering her question.
