TERRA
Adriel and I squatted down behind a small concrete retaining wall off the north side. There was a small back entrance here, we kept glancing up at the sky waiting to see signs of smoke or a fire. We hadn’t been back here that long but it seemed like forever.
“Terra?” Adriel spoke my name, breaking me from my thoughts.
“Yeah?” I whispered back, glancing up at the sky again.
