I don't even know when I fall asleep. I wake up to the warmth of the sun rays on my head. I don't want to get up. What is there to look forward to?. Breakfast?. Wasn't hungry.School?.It's summer. Friends? Ain't got any. Nature?. Not really. Love?. Family? Relatives? A call? .No. Since, there's really nothing left to motivate me to get up, Then what's the point of living?. Brennon should've let me die. I turn on my side and my desire of dying suddenly increases. The brown parcel of yesterday was here although I left it downstairs. It slightly open, it's slightly- Damn. Brennon. I run out of my room still in My pajamas and bad morning breath. I stomp open his door with every strength I have left. Brennon is sleeping on his back, the sun rays of the window behind him outlining his perfect abs. He was only in his boxers and his hair was as messy as ever. His eyes didn't even open a sliver when I came in. His chest was still rising and falling with every breath he took. His mouth was slightly open and I could see his tongue from where I stood .He looks badass even in his sleep. "Brennon. Get freaking up!" .I kick his side and he whines and rolls over. He grunts and uses his legs to  push himself up. He ruffles his hair and arches his eyebrow menacingly at me. "What?". "You know!", squeal. "You know what's in the parcel!". His eyes are the size of saucers and he gets up to his feet and closes the door and draws the curtains. His hand is on my shoulder and two fingers from his other hand are on his lip. He's like the king of shut up. "You gotta make sure no-one can hear you. The postman was even suspicious we were getting parcels from him-",he whispered. I shake his hand. "So what if the whole world hears me? I don't care!". I trod to the center of his room and spread my arms out before screaming- "I got a parcel of Basil Delano! I don't give a-". Brennon clasps his hands around my mouth and shakes his head slowly side to side. "You don't get it, do you? "He steps back and opens the windows again. He opens his drawer and throws me a white necklace. He takes a second one and wears it. "Wear yours", he grunts. I don't understand. The beads look irregular and smell strange. The necklace is made of-- Garlic. My eyes literally pop out of my skull .Does this mean? It's impossible. No way. This isn't happening. Literally. NO, NOOOOOOOO. Brennon speaks up once he realizes my obvious shock. "Basil is a-" I don't want to hear it. I charge out of Brennon's room and get into mine. I bang the door shut. It's not true. My life can't get any crazier. No. Basil is a- Vampire. I lose all my stamina as my body melts into a goo-ey pool on the floor. Then,I heard- The doorbell.
