Chapter Twenty
Wes wanted to come to church with Elise, but she told him it wasn’t worth blowing his cover. One of the parishioners would definitely recognize him. He looked more like Titan than he probably wanted to with his sculpted cheekbones and sculpted body. Elise thought briefly about skipping church to have brunch with Wes, but now was probably the best time to face Billy. After the kiss to end all kisses last night, Weston had ruined any chance she might have had of a relationship with Billy. It was difficult to follow her heart and ignore her head, but she had to be honest with herself and Billy.
