The news crews returned within the hour and Weston’s security guards had to help them relocate off the property. Wes didn’t seem bothered by the people and their cameras huddled in their vans waiting for the perfect shot. Elise couldn’t get enough of his relaxed smile as they enjoyed a cup of tea while listening to the rain drizzle overhead.
“Whatever happened to Billy?” Gran asked with a twinkle in her eye.
Elise shook her head. “He was looking for something, but it wasn’t me.” She turned to Wes. “I already told Wes that I’m not interested in dating anyone else.”
Wes grinned. “I’m glad you haven’t changed your mind because I know that you’ve finished the remodeling of the theater room over at the B&B. If you can spare some time, I’d like to take you with me to Riod
