Sunshine POV
Micheal stood against the wall and I couldn't see his face or what he was doing.
Wasn't it Michael I was seeing? I asked myself, moving closer to the person standing at the end of the hallway. “Is that you?” I asked, adjusting my silk night robe and holding it tightly to myself just in case there was a stranger in the house
“Yeah, it's me,” he replied and I sighed in relief but I noticed that he didn't turn. It took some seconds before he turned around and started walking towards me
“Is everything okay?” I asked, my gaze fixed on the path part of the hallway which he just walked out from.
The lights in the hallway had gone bad, and I hadn't thought of calling the electrician to come to repair them.
