* Jana * Sleep didn't come easy. I lay on my back, staring at the ceiling, the hum of the city faint beyond my window. My body still carried the echo of his kiss, soft yet consuming, the kind that seeps into your bones and lingers in your blood. I hadn't expected it to be this easy to get his attention, not after everything. Not after years of building myself into someone untouchable, someone who could face him without faltering.
