Sometimes, destiny can be unfair. But you know what? In my case, it’s been downright petty. Imagine being just one decision away from making your years of hard work finally pay off, yet still feeling paralyzed by the weight of that very decision. But after years of struggle, I have gained enough experience to no longer fear making decisions or allowing my emotions to interfere with practical matters. So taking a deep breath and summoning some rare optimism, I've decided—yes, I've decided—that I'm going to do it.

Meeting someone after a long time—11 years, to be precise—and realizing that this person either doesn't remember you or perhaps never even knew you existed might feel disheartening to most people. However, for me, at this stage of my life, it's oddly relieving. It's as if the weight of expectations or the burden of being remembered has been lifted, allowing me to move forward and holding the facade of professionalism, without the ties of a past that no longer holds significance. And when that someone is none other than your first crush—or perhaps even your first love, if you can truly call it love from the perspective of a 16-year-old teenager—all the memories from the past come crashing down on you.

Yet I am relieved that these memories can no longer haunt me.I’m no longer that person who cries over silly things—unless it’s a missing dessert or a season finale cliffhanger. I’ve realized love is a choice, not a tragedy. If someone doesn’t notice you, it’s not a mistake; it’s just bad casting. Love isn’t about validation; it’s about feeling something real, even if it’s one-sided. And honestly? Loving someone without expectations is like sending a risky text—you brace for the worst but secretly hope for the best.

It's something rare, almost unimaginable, because it comes without guarantees or expectations, yet it holds the power to shape who you are and how you see the world.

Without giving it a second thought, I grabbed my MacBook and immediately began drafting a response to the email I had received the previous night from The Reid Productions, one of the largest and most renowned production companies in the world. My heart raced with excitement as I typed, knowing that this opportunity could be a game-changer.
