Gunner, Shade, and I stood still, staring at each other, still very much dumbfounded.
“Impossible.” Gunner whispered almost reverently, but Shade shot him a look, his signature smirk back with a vengeance, “Is it really though, brother? Because if you ask me, I’d say it explains a whole lot... our attraction to her... the jealousy over whom she goes out with, this insane desire we have to protect her at all costs and to keep her by our side at all times,” He shot me a wink, and I blushed, though I covered it by rolling my eyes and trying to act tough. “You know she’s right here, right?
