So today was Gunner and Shade’s special 21st.
And it was surprising, really, given the fact that they considered me their friend that I had to find out right on the D-day, and from Natasha’s lips nonetheless.
Natasha had been so busy in the last few months, what with preparing her portfolio for a culinary school in Paris and all… so even I couldn’t blame her for not telling me early, but the twins… damn, the twins…
They made it a point to torture me every chance they got, lightly touching me here and there, reminding me just how ‘amazing’ my life could be if I tossed that ‘stupid’ boy aside and gave them a chance…
But somehow, I’d still managed to stand my ground, keeping up the ruse that was Seth and I’s relationship for four long, torturous months.
