Chapter 7-Determination

As I stood before the Heart Tree, bathed in the warm glow of the restored balance, I felt a sense of accomplishment wash over me. But the feeling was short-lived, as the weight of my unanswered questions began to press down upon me once more.

Why was I a werewolf? What was the source of my power, and why did I feel such a deep connection to the natural world?

And then, of course, there was Lawrencia. Why had she chosen me to inherit her legacy? What secrets had she hidden within me, and how could I unlock them?

But most pressing of all was the question of Alvin Vex. Where was he, and what did he want from me?

I turned to Kael and Lyra, my eyes burning with determination. "I need answers," I said. "I need to know why I'm a werewolf, and what Lawrencia's legacy truly means. And I need to find Alvin Vex."

Kael nodded, his jaw set in a firm line. "We'll find him, Halia. Together."

Lyra's smile was enigmatic. "The journey ahead will be fraught with danger, but I have no doubt you will uncover the truth."

And with that, our chapter came to a close. The moon was full overhead, casting a silver glow over the forest. I felt its power calling to me, urging me to continue my journey.

But for now, I rested. For tomorrow would set out once more, into the unknown.
