I groaned, feeling aches all over my body as I slowly opened my eyes.
Though my vision was blurred, I could tell by the scent of the room that it wasn't mine.
“Where am I?” I grumbled, placing my hand on my forehead as I tried to sit upright.
The bed itself was hard and gave me discomfort.
“My Lad….” A voice came after a soft knock as a servant walked into the chamber.
She remained stunned at my sight while rolling her eyes over every corner.
