I was surprised and impressed at the speed by which the investigation was going.
My old pack didn't have to deal with serious crimes like this, we mostly had offences.
And more often than not, were related to money problems.
Pack members stealing food or money, were the most popular offences. But these weren't rampant either, and the most serious cases involved pack members not disclosing their income or failing to properly do so.
Investigations went on for weeks on end or even months while provisional punishment was already being served.
Guilty or not guilty in my old pack depended on a lot of factors that sometimes had nothing to do with the offence, itself.
Most families still hid money from the higher ups, despite the crack down by the titled wolves.
